Room 27 degree. Charged to alter temp.

The room is 27 degrees centigrade. I am here for a course and I am awake at 3am writing this. This will affect my performance on my course. Sercotel set the room at 27 degrees and charge customers to decrease the temperature. I have opened the window and now have to contend with street noise....

Our room was a good size but unfortunately the bed was very hard for both my wife and I. Hotel is in a good location and right next to a large shopping centre and easily within walking distance to the old town. Buffet breakfast was reasonable but the hot food could have been a lot warmer, an omelette station would have been good. The hotel car parking was a little bit over-priced at 25 euros for overnight....

We stayed at this hotel because of it's location to a concert we were attending, the hotel was the perfect location to explore the city of Murcia.
The staff on arrival were very welcoming and the check in was faultless.
Nice rooms and comfy beds, had one of the best night's sleep for a long time.
The breakfast was really good with a wide variety of choice to cater for most tastes and all so fresh and tasty.

Friendly professionally managed hotel

We visit this hotel for two nigjts once a month evety month.. it is like a "second home: to us.
In the 25 years we have been staying there we have never had a complaint - the rooms are always clean, the staff are very friendly and the food is good.
Its central position makes it ideal for shopping, visiting the many excellent restaurants or simply walking around this interesting city.

It was amazing our stay at the hotel. Well located, a few metres to the city town. It's worth the price. I would highly recommend this hotel. Surely I'll repeat my stay in the future. The room was tidy and neat. It was comfy and the staff very attentive....
