We travelled as a large family with children. We had stayed here when it was Shangri La a couple years ago. Since Hilton has taken over, some of the services the previously provided have stopped. Half board was only used in the buffet and it did get repetitive. Previously Shangri La allowed you to use other restaurants as part of the half board.
