Perfect location !

The hotel is ideally located right in the middle of Naples. Our room had a huge bed and a really good sofa bed for our daughter, with a small balcony ideal for people watching. The city is busy and noisey but lots of fun. Once you close the bedroom shutters all the noise is shut out.
I highly recommend this hotel. Great location, great rooms....

Security issues and we were locked out of the building at 11pm

I would strongly caution anyone considering staying at this hotel. For the two night stay, we only stayed one night - and that was reluctantly. TLDR: along with another guest, we were locked out of the property late at night.
We checked in at 8pm local time on September 30. The hotel is in a shared building requiring guests to ring a bell out on the street for access. We were informed at the check-in that they are ...

We were only in Naples for four nights and this was the perfect base for sightseeing. An easy walk to the port, two minutes to the opera, a minute in the other direction to the base of the funicular railway, very close to the fascinating underground tour, easy access to a metro station and a taxi rank round the corner. We booked this hotel for our stay in Naples months in advance. A couple weeks before, we received a message that they would not have breakfast due to a fault in the kitchen. AC faulty

The room was recently renovated. Very modern and clean. The big disappointment was the AC. We told the staff it did not seem to be working well and they said it was turned down as much as it could be. The thermostat said 19 C but it was no where close to that.
