Lovely hotel and great staff

I stayed here on solo travel, and had walked past it many times while in Naples. I have to say it looks a little unassuming from the outside, but the rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The decoration is classic and everything is in wonderful condition (not old or shabby... just exquisite). I had a view looking right up into the houses on the hillside and listening to the low bustle from the streets at night...

Crazy city not a 4 star hotel by a long way.

Lovely receptionist. So helpful is the reason its gets a one star. Room big spacious.
Im from ireland so 22 degrees and is a sauna. I asked for air con or a fan was rudely no.
Terrible breakfast no other food available and the bar is a slight bit a log wine...

Great location, very pleasant helpful staff, minutes from the sea , room was a good size.
Breakfast was excellent value . We took up restaurant tips from the gentleman on reception and they were excellent. View from room was fantastic and we'd definitely stay here again...

A hotel offering old-fashioned, yet honest and efficient, hospitality, attentive service that meets expectations, an exceptional location, and helpful, attentive, and qualified staff. Clean, a little dated, and in need of modernisation. Yes, I would return and recommend to others....

Perfect accommodation for travelers, very welcoming staff and good breakfast selection (from savory to sweet delicacy). My stay was just perfect and that is thanks to all the friendly and amazing staff that made me feel home. This was the second time i stayed here and they never failed to amuse me. Thank you for everything. I will surely be back!...
