Friendly welcome, clean rooms,maid service excellent
Davide in the bar really friendly makes a effort to make you feel welcome
All the staff really friendly ,helpful and attentive

One of the most accommodating hotels in the area. Great location easy access to transportation the staff always goes above and beyond very courteous and attentive. The breakfast is ome of the more abundant ones for italy. Would definitely reccomend staying here. Train station is close. Lots of places on walking distance, car rental close by, everytbing you need is close by...

We reserved a double room but were given a quad room...that had no other furniture and no artwork on the wall! It was nothing like the images posted on the website. Also, some of the neighborhood characters thought it was funny to set off fireworks below our window at 1:30 am....

On arrival at the hotel, we noted the immediate street scape outside the premises was unkempt and littered and remained so during our 4-night stay.
I had my backpack opened in what appeared to be an attempt at theft on the way from Garibaldi train station (less than 5 minutes away) however staff dismissed concerns for safety in the area. Later during the stay met a couple checking in the lady had her passport and...

Before we get to the bad lets start with the good, 1st it walking distance from the train station, 2nd the bar/resturant is pretty good and reasonably priced. After a long day of traveling getting a bite to eat on site was nice. The rooms are clean. And good water pressure in the showers. But they are small showers. So the bad is the bed are horrible, Ive slept on police station benches that were more comfortable. ...
