I had an aperitif at this splendid hotel (located in a questionable area) with a truly urban and chic design, but it has just one problem: the cleanliness of the restrooms. It's a nightmare to walk in and see stuck-on pieces of poop and hair everywhere. Please, fix this and improve the cleanliness because it's disgraceful to see in a 5-star hotel!

Two days of cancelled flights to the US at Naples Airport. Both nights I received the incredible hospitality of the Naples Airport Holiday Inn. The professionalism and helpful, welcoming attitude of the front desk staff and in particular Angelo made an impossibly difficult experience actually pleasant. Noisy noisy noisy!
Exist at around 7:45-8am daily (except Sundays) the building work will start. Drilling, banging, knocking all lovely to wake up to.
If the building work doesnt get you then the cleaning staff will. Hoovering, rattling of draws dropping things on tiled floors in adjacent rooms plus chatting to other staff full volume down the corridors.
