I was very satisfied with my stay at Hotel Nuvò (Via Nuova Agnano 5, Naples). I would especially like to highlight the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was open to questions and requests and always responded in a warm and professional manner.

We completed the online check-in in advance, and it took just a minute at reception to receive the room keys. All reception staff were extremely helpful and responsive, and Fabios professionalism deserves special mention.
The taxi fare from Naples Airport to the hotel was around 2530 for our late-evening arrival, and this was the only time we needed a taxi during our stay. The hotel has a very convenient location...

Before we arrived, we requested that our room was set up away from the train tracks to avoid the noise (because the hotel is right next to Agnoli station). I actually dont think they gave us a room that was far from the noise (because we could literally see the train pass by from our window) but that means their noise-cancelling windows were that good (because it was barely noticeable when the train arrived/passed)....

I spent 6 nights there, and the hotel is very good (coming from France it's more like a 3 stars for us, but the value for money is very good though) :
- You can check-in late, the hotel is open 24/24,
- The staff is very helpful and receptive,
