We have just returned from a 4 night stay. The area immediately around the hotel is a bit shabby (but safe) however, a very short walk and you're in the centre of things so an excellent location. The hotel itself is modern and clean (note, there are steps up to entrance ) and the reception staff are very helpful.

We booked two communicating superior double rooms with sea view for us and 2 grandchildren for 4 nights.
At our arrival we received 2 rooms at the 24th floor but we were very deceived.
Small rooms, small window with a side sea view, but impossible to open , and the airconditioning was not not working. They didn't feel at all as "superior".

My 4th visit to this great hotel. A perfect location in a very safe area. Excellent sea views and worth the extra money. Very clean and comfortable. Great professional but also friendly staff....

This hotel chain is excellent. Panorama does not disappoint- it is in the perfect location, nestled between all the best attractions of Naples, the rooms are elegant and well appointed and the staff are friendly and helpful. The staff recommendations added to our enjoyment of the city, and our room was extremely comfortable - making relaxation very easy. We will certainly return...
