I have stayed at a few NH hotels across Europe and they have always been excellent and the panorama was also up there with the best. A great location, fantastic views. clean cool rooms, nice comfy bed, breakfast was plentiful and the service from all staff was exceptional. A would highly recommend if you are planning a trip to Naples...

We booked this hotel since it was part of the Chase Sapphire Travel program and expected it to be a better property. Instead, we were very disappointed. The hotel is no frills starting from when you get there with no valet or bellhop to help you with baggage and no ramp - just stairs in the street to the lobby.
