Arrived late afternoon, first time in Naples ! , the area had an old world European feel , but also quite run down , lots of traffic and people on motorcycles who dont care about pedestrians. Check in was a bit slow with passport information being used for registration. I wish hotel would stop this practice and just use your name , booking reference etc . Nice hotel
Great location, close to the historic centre.
Nice welcome from the reception staff
Check-in time 3pm which they seem to adhere to very strict.
Room very nice, feature wall behind the bed.
Very big room, very clean
Lovely big comfortable bed
Nice bathroom with good shower and toiletries.
Kettle and tea/coffee.
Shame that there is not a coffee machine that takes the coffee pods.
Safe.

Average hotel, rooms and comfortable enough but no internet.
We were given the access code for the internet but I think the range is not enough to reach their own rooms. Even the TV which evidently ran off the internet couldnt provide channels . If your looking for a hotel with decent WiFi, forget this one....

An oasis in Naples but BYO toilet paper

This hotel is a bit of an oasis in Naples. It is a crazy, interesting city w creative parking and driving. There is trash, dog and a great melange of people (talking). It is fascinating and there are tons of great things to do (Pompeii, Ercolano, Paestum) and the museum Bosco di Capodimonte.

The hotel is an old palace and the communal areas were beautifully decorated. The breakfast was excellent and I also had a lovely salad in the evening in the bar. The barmen on both nights were excellent and helped us choose a lovely local wine. The hotel was very conveniently situated and so we were easily able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. There was a lovely outlook from our room.
