Excellent quiet stay in modern hotel.

Despite the unusual location (by the Cruise Liner Terminal) the hotel was excellent.
Plusses; Very quiet, night and day; very modern; great staff; comfortable beds nd pillows; super bathroom and well lit; easy access to Metro; restaurant surprised us with it's good quality.
Minuses; Breakfast rather average; coffee machines make poor coffee. A shame in Italy....

Much Better Than Expected!

I was not very excited to stay at the Cruise Ship Terminal Hotel because it appeared very expensive the for the modest furnishings and amenities. However, the hotel was new and very convenient. I loved the hotel restaurant on the water. But, what impressed me the most was that the hotel was new, clean and the staff was great! If you need a convenient hotel for your cruise, go to Smart Hotel!...

Ideally situated and modern hotel for Naples and Ferry

This hotel is ideally situation for exploring the city as well as catching a ferry. Very close to metro station and hop on and hop off bus, buses to airport and station all stop outside.
Its rather spoilt by being so close to the endless parade of cruise ships which anchor next door. Its modern, spacious a bit bland and unimaginative, adequate but not amazing food re breakfast and snack. We stayed 2 nights. No poo...

We stayed at the Smart Hotel for a week in September and overall, the experience was very good.
The hotel is clean, staff very welcoming and the location is perfect to visit areas around the area. A few things to note:
There is only an extremely small wardrobe space in the room with about 4 hangers so be prepared.

If you are looking to take one of the Ferry's out of Naples, and need to spend the night then Smart Hotel Napoli is the right choice. It is right next to a few different Ferry companies, and also where the Cruise Lines come in. It is in a busy area however. The Hotel is in a side, quiet area of an old Ferry building. We had to take a few minutes to find it, as the entrance is on a corner of the building.
