Exceptional service, everyone i interacted with was extremely helpful and courteous. The Spaghetti with Vesuvius tomatoes was delicious and a wide variety of breakfast options. The room was comfortable and well stocked. Tip: if you opt out of room service you aren't charged for any of the drinks and snacks in the room and its a good variety. Tour group recommends this meeting place. They REFUSE toilet use unless you stayed there. As a tourist Im appalled at Italian culture. You take the tourist money but dislike them too. Basic human need and very rude about it...

My recent stay at your hotel from July 2629, 2025, was deeply upsetting and completely unacceptable. What should have been a smooth check-out process at 4 a.m. on July 29th instead turned into a degrading and infuriating encounter that left both my friend and me feeling disrespected, profiled, and humiliated.

Staying here now. Chose it especially as it was close to the station (Im travelling around Italy by train) and because it offers a laundry service. Except it doesnt. Not at weekends. Which the website didnt say. Nor does it say in the information in the room (it says they do laundry on Saturdays). Its messed up my plans as this is my half way point and I planned to be able to launder my clothes, so I am stuck wit...

If you want to stay in the worst hotel in the worst and dangerous area I would stay here. If you want to come here and be surprised with an additional $25 charge for having your wife I would stay here. If you want to sleep in separate twin beds I would stay here.
If you want horrendous service I would say here...
