Adjacent to Napoli Centrale railway station and connected to it by a passage direct from the hotel, the Stelle is ideal for transport as all railway lines, metros, buses and taxis are a few hundred metres away. Despite it being next to the station, it's on a quiet street and the hotel is not noisy. It's about a 15-20 minute walk into the historic centre but there are 2 metro lines that take you there for just over a ...

My wife and I got off to rocky start due to the inhospitable nature of the front desk woman. Not sure of her name but has short dark black hair. Name might start with a J. Not the best representation for a front desk person. I would not recommend dining in the restaurant attached to the lobby....

Definitely not a 4 * hotel quality

We stayed at this hotel on two separate nights within the same week only because of its convenient location near the train station. Unfortunately, both stays were extremely disappointing, and I would rate this hotel 1* at best-not the 4 * it claims to have.
The First room we stayed was purely maintained. Towels were stained and even ripped, the toilet wasn't properly cleaned.

Absolutely excellent, staff were wonderful and so helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and recommend it to anybody. Aircon was really good, especially as the temperature on occasions was 37 degrees. Room refreshed every day with clean towels, bedding etc....
