My wife and I got off to rocky start due to the inhospitable nature of the front desk woman. Not sure of her name but has short dark black hair. Name might start with a J. Not the best representation for a front desk person. I would not recommend dining in the restaurant attached to the lobby....

Definitely not a 4 * hotel quality

We stayed at this hotel on two separate nights within the same week only because of its convenient location near the train station. Unfortunately, both stays were extremely disappointing, and I would rate this hotel 1* at best-not the 4 * it claims to have.
The First room we stayed was purely maintained. Towels were stained and even ripped, the toilet wasn't properly cleaned.

Absolutely excellent, staff were wonderful and so helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and recommend it to anybody. Aircon was really good, especially as the temperature on occasions was 37 degrees. Room refreshed every day with clean towels, bedding etc....

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly, the breakfast has a good choice of food . We did have to swop rooms as the aircon was broken and wouldn't switch off, not only was it very noisy but the room was exceptionally cold .
We found the reception staff to be very helpful regarding this matter .
