I had a great experience at the hotel. We were greeted by Christian, who was bubbly, very professional, and friendly. He made my mum and me feel very welcome and created a great first impression. Later, in the restaurant, we were served by Giorgio, who also provided amazing service and was very attentive. Every team member we encountered was amazing and honestly made us feel at home. this is a painful review to write - the entire evaluation is written through the lens of the price - I consider the price to be way way way too much money for what was delivered.
The hotel is in a nice building, nicely finished, rooms are ok, a little quirky in terms of layout. Location in my opinion is awful - it's not near anything you want to visit - and it's uphill/downhill to walk anywhere. the bedding quali...

Wow what a Hotel, what a view! This Hotel is wonderful.
The rooms are spacious, clean, well kept and have very comfy beds.
The staff are wonderful, incredibly helpful and nothing felt too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious and having it on the roof top outside was so lovely.
The views across the harbour are breathtaking and sitting in the bar or restaurant feels so special with these views surrounding you.
