We stayed for five nights in October using Hilton points. As a diamond member, we were upgraded to a room with a small balcony offering a stunning view of the Bay of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius. The room was spacious and clean. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I called to see if they had an ice machine, and five minutes later, a bucket of ice was delivered to our room. The hotel offers not just a majestic view of the city, the bay and the volcano but also impeccable service. The welcome aperitivo at the rooftop was precious. Breakfast with an immense selection of pastries, cheese, cold cuts (including fish), fresh fruits, and more plus a view. The rooms are bright and ample, the washroom has many amenities and a great shower. All clean!
