The rooms are immaculate and wonderfully appointed. Robes, slippers, steamer, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, Nespresso machine, snacks, mini fridge, bluetooth alarm radio, flat screen TV, and a safe. The bathrooms are really nice, the showers are fantastic, and a vanity equipped with a magnifying beauty mirror. The towels are soft and plentiful. The beds are top-notch comfortable. The stay was excellent. The room was very clean and amenities were super: the bed and pillows were ultra comfy. Most of all though the staff were amazingly friendly, helpful and polite. I dont have anything negative to say. Would stay again for sure!...

Loved this hotel, as it is a smaller hotel than the likes of Hilton etc, they provide a much better, and more personal service.
2 lifts which were fast and never crowded, didnt have an endless wait!
The room was well appointed of good size, amazing shower and the bed was super comfy.
Loved the way if you wanted your room cleaned you pressed a button which the maid could see from outside of the room, brilliant idea.

Lovely hotel

This is a very fine boutique hotel in FiDi. Well situated near Eataly and the Occulus, and walking distance to excellent restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms are small but well appointed, with a very comfortable king bed. Bathroom is small but immaculate with a first rate shower. The hotel as a whole is extremely well maintained with a lovely friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend....

Amazing experience. Best location to visit New York. You have everything close by and subway if you need to go somewhere else. All the team that works in Artezen hotel is ok d and friendly, you are going to be surprised. The normal room is a little small but clean and comfortable.
I will come back here 100% whenever back in town....
