Top hotel with top service!

Very cosy hotel, close by Fulton station. Rooms were excellent with perfect shower and bed. Service was topclass and extra kudos to Jose, the concierge who advised us some nice spots for breakfast in Brooklyn! Finally, the rooftop bar was excellent and cosy as well....

Great Location for this Cozy Hotel

The front desk staff were welcoming and pleasant. Our hotel room was compact yet well organized and very clean and comfortable. The hotel is updated and has a modern feel. Its located within a short walk to the Fulton St subway station, Joes Pizza, lots of other restaurants and shops and is a nine minute walk to the Brooklyn Bridge. I would definitely stay here again....

My husband and I stayed here in December and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Every member of the stafffrom the front desk and operations manager to the concierge and housekeepingwas exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful. The property is very clean, and our room was well maintained and thoughtfully stocked with all the basic necessities.

All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It is close and convenient to WTC subway stations. Concierge/Bell staff all provided excellent service. Particularly Jose.

Couldn't ask for more from a hotel

The hotel was 10/10 for everything you could ask for.
From the check in desk staff, to cleaners, to the door men everyone was so friendly and accommodating.
The beds were comfortable and rooms very warm with easy to work air con and heating!
Out of all the staff at the hotel I spoke most with Juan who is one of the guys at the door - he went over and above on a few occasions for my family and I'd like to thank him...
