Room was clean , quiet , spacious and the bed was large and very comfortable. The location was ideal with Fulton station at the end of the road. The staff were wonderful , so cheerful polite - all in all just fabulous...

The location is convenient to the Fulton Street Station. The street was pretty quiet during our visit but it was the Thanksgiving holiday week. Nice atmosphere, small, lobby very helpful concierge. The rooms are pretty big for a NY hotel and the beds and pillows are really comfy. We had a king size bed and plenty of room to move around. It had drawers under the bed which was convenient. My boyfriend and I were in town for the New York Marathon and searched for a while to find a hotel that would work for us and were very happy with our booking at The Artezen. So much so that we checked out two weeks ago and I'm coming back now to write about our positive experience. The staff was always positive and helpful. Amazing hotel!
The staff is so kind and friendly. They had fresh water and coffee in the room everyday before we even asked.
The rooms were impeccable and the beds were just perfect! We always overslept with the comfort!
Definitely will return!...
