Jose that works the very front and helps with bags and opens the door was incredible and showed motivation. Very helpful and quick to get our bags or help us with anything we needed. Just had a great attitude and was very respectful. Shows a strong work ethic....

Great stay! Quiet, clean, and comfortable! Great location in FiDi and easy to walk to meetings and great options for food. When I left a personal item behind they were amazing at helping me track it down. Awesome service! Would recommend and stay here again....

We were originally going to stay near Times Square but so glad we changed our booking to stay at this gem of a hotel.
The staff are all welcoming and the rooms are just right for a couple plus the little touches like a kettle and nespresso maker with water and pods provided daily make this stand out from the norm. This is the first hotel in many years that I have no complaints for!
The Artezens staff were kind and courteous, always greeting you and asking how they could help.

Best service ever Christ is one of them that helped out with his service to everything from taxi to steakhouses! If we had any questions for sure they solves our questions without any hesitation at all! Everything was good nothing to complain about at all!...
