My husband and I stayed nine nights at the Artezen Hotel in NYC in Sept. of 2024. This is a boutique hotel in the Financial District in lower Manhattan. The location was ideal for us. We were able to walk to the Brooklyn Bridge and into Brooklyn. We walked to the World Trade Center memorial and museum, Wall Street and the NYSE is nearby. Excellent service. Friendly staff. They allowed me to check in a bit early, gave some great recommendations for nearby coffee shops that would be good working environments.
Room was great.
I left an item behind and they were kind enough to mail it back to me at no charge....

My 1 night stay was wonderful, couldnt ask for better service, the staff was welcoming and pleasant. The room was spectacular, with a chic modern design featuring views of one of the best areas in Manhattan. Would highly recommend staying here, make sure to check out the rooftop bar for great drinks and vibes....

We loved the Artezen Hotel with the friendliest, staff especially Daniel, concierge specialist. He gave us the best recommendations & was right on target. Our rooms were so clean, so comfortable with the best bedding with the fluffiest softest pillows. We recently stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. Overall, we were left dissatisfied by our stay at this hotel. We were on a trip in the US for a very special wedding anniversary.
