Wife and I had 6 nights at this hotel which we chose based on the great reviews seen here. All was as expected. Great location, easy to get to from JFK (Airtrain and subway A - 50 mins roughly). You can easy get to Midtown and Central Park areas quickly on subway A, E, 4 & 5. The hotel is very close to Fulton Street underground station (100 yards). We really liked the location. Convenient to most anywhere. Rooms were on the small size. We booked the 2 queen deluxe room and with 4 people it was pretty cramped. Very clean and the shower was amazing . Everyone was super friendly:) We did have issues with housekeeping. Upon check in only 2 sets of towels left all the days we stayed. We had 4 people? Had to call to request towels daily. Soaps were not refilled also....

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Fantastic location. Clean, comfortable and spacious room and the staff are all so lovely. I have to say a special thank you to the lovely wee maid and concierge who were both so friendly, kind and helpful. You are both a credit to the hotel. Only slight downside was the bar being closed for most of our stay due to private functions, I suspect its down to the time of year but ...

Excellent hotel! I had relatives staying there recently and had the best time ever. The personnel were very courteous, rooms immaculate and excellent service! You wont regret staying here, you will feel it like a second home. Truly one of the top three hotels in Manhattan well deserved, without a doubt. The Hide rooftop is definitely second to none!...

Room was clean , quiet , spacious and the bed was large and very comfortable. The location was ideal with Fulton station at the end of the road. The staff were wonderful , so cheerful polite - all in all just fabulous...
