First time in this hotel and a great experience was had during my recent 5 night stay. The Hotel was in a fab location near to the metro on 50th st, and Times square, it was ideal base for exploring NY.
Check in was quick and easy, a mistake with the hotel tax being applied to my credit card was quickly rectified. We were allocated a room on the 15th floor which was an upgrade to deluxe King, which was very spaciou...

The location can not be beat!

Two blocks from Times Square yet far enough to be away from the crowds. On the 10th floor we did not have street noise. We were close to many of the theatres and Rockefeller Center. The reservation staff and front desk staff were very helpful. Not guaranteed, so we were grateful to have two adjoining rooms, a king room and two double beds in a room. We would definitely want to stay here again....

Hotel location was perfect and so close to Times Square. Rooms were decent enough, probably a bit tired and not very sound proof (we were on the 10th floor) but thats what you get for staying in a very busy city! Also we only used the room as a pit stop.
Facilities in the hotel were great and they also had somewhere to fill your water bottles which was essential for the long days of walking.

Great location convenient to Times Square, Broadway theaters, and a Hell's Kitchen.
Oor room appeared to have been recently refreshed. Uninspired decor considering the history of the building, but it was clean, tasteful, and comfortable....
