Recommended city trip hotel

Good hotel, perfect location near broadway and nearby subwaystation with direct connection to the airport airtrain. Friendly staff and conformtable beds. In the morning free koffie at the reception lounge and 2 biscuits to take with you.
No breakfast options. We had a lovely stay....

This hotel have a good location with a near by a subway station. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They have hidden charges. There is a counter employee that attend you with attitude giving you the worst counter service to customer. Elevators are out of service and you need to use stairs. Near by Time Square, shops, restaurants and most interest places....

This hotel offers an old world look with very comfortable and spacious rooms - especially for Manhattan. Spotless and very comfortable. Our only complaint was that one elevator was out of service, making for a long wait for the only working one....

I was quite dubious about our stay after reading g some of the reviews but then like most things you really have to make your own mind up.

Shout out to the young woman with the bob haircut (Jessica?) at the front desk, and Jerry the bellman--friendly and responsivethe way hospitality should be. In fact, aside from the other female at the front desk, the staff was exceptionally good. The property is old but has great charm. Dated furniture and small elevators? Sure.
