Really bad. Expected much more. Housekeeping issues, front desk was extremely rude, and random people loiter in the dining area all day.
Stairwell is unprotected and unlocked.
Very noisy.
Plenty of other options nearby, stay at any one of these....

Customers service was awesome. Chelsea and Sunam were very helpful and personable. It was clean, the room was a good size and we got excellent value for money particularly for New York....

Rude staff and hotel falling apart

Our stay at Cambria was stressful and disappointing. At check-in, I asked a simple question about the bar hours and the front desk staff was rude and dismissive. Later, when we returned to get ready for an event, we discovered there were no lights in the bathroom. The manager refused to move us despite our time constraint and said the hotel was sold out, yet I could see rooms available online. Maintenance didnt arri...
