Alex, the maintenance worker was awesome! He was super friendly, quick, and fixed our problems. The hotel overall very nice. The shower was one of the best hotel showers I have ever experienced....

Good value, great staff, but some Aesthetic Shortfalls

Justin at the front desk was the high point of the visit making us comfortable and feel welcome. Room was clean but what we really didn't like was the mountains of garbage in the basement lining the hall going to the gym. Plus there were sheets and possibly trash in the lobby throughout the day making the it seem like an industrial warehouse, not somewhere to gather and relax. Lastly, having to move through the clo...

Great location, clean and spacious rooms in NYC standards. The rooftop sitting area is a nice addition . Shout outs to Justin and Chelsea at the reception...

Perfect spot for Marathon

We came to NYC to watch our daughter run the marathon. Cambria was the best location. Staff was amazing, especially Kevin who was so helpful and pleasant to interact with. He really made our stay perfect! Thank you Kevin!...
