The staff at the Cambria hotel were awesome! Front desk staff Brian, Genaro, Angel, and Chelsea were very pleasant and helpful. Alex the facility maintenance guy was professional and fun to talk with. The woman who cleaned rooms was also very helpful and pleasant. ( unfortunately I did not get her name) What a great staff. I'll be honest I struggle to find a single issue with this hotel....

This hotel delivered in absolutely every area, if I was being super super critical the only things that let it down were a smell of weed outside the main entrance (but it's legal in NYC and can be smelt all over...

This was a surprising find. The location was great. The room was small, but good value for the price. The location is very close to great restaurants (Jose Andreas), and walkable for shopping and the Subway. Its a minimalist hotel with no restaurant, but does offer a rooftop deck with snacks and drinks....

This is an amazing hotel with great amenities and very courteous and friendly staff. The gym was nice and the rooftop had a great view. Special shout out to Kevin at the front desk who was very knowledgeable and always willing to help. I will always choose this hotel again....

The staff was amazing! Angel and Chelsea provided us with fantastic customer service. They got our room ready early, stored our bags (twice) for us among other things. I was a little disappointed that our room did not have any hand soap and the shops setting up in the early morning hours were loud so but over all our stay was fantastic!...
