Major elevator problems, had to walk down stairs 5 times or wait forever for the one elevator. Problems with keys all weekend. Room had black mild in dresser. Room smell was musty. Desk staff couldn't care at all when discussing issues with them. Poor hotel, avoid....

Room was very clean, comfortable bed. Excellent customer service. Laura Polanco & Cheyenne were very helpful. I left some items by mistake and they made the arrangements so could get back my items at home. Will stay there again for sure!...

This is a mid-priced hotel on West 39th st. My wife and I spent a week here to see the sites of NYC. We found the neighborhood safe enough. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and equipped with a kitchenette with minimal cooking/eating utensils for 2 people. Since we booked a higher floor we were never disturbed by the frequent sirens that run through the city. The room was well maintained and...

Not disability friendly

I stayed in a disability accessible room with my husband, who uses a wheelchair. The room we stayed in was on the ground floor, which is good as we didnt need to use the elevators. Unfortunately that was where the good ended, and we would rather have had to use the elevators and had a decent room. The room felt like an afterthought, just made up so they can say they can accommodate people with a disability. We opene...

Stayed here for 6 nights, good location, free coffee in reception, good facilities in the room, free use of washer/dryers which is excellent....
