This was my second stay at this hotel, and unfortunately it fell far below expectationsespecially as a Platinum Elite member. From the moment I arrived, the experience did not reflect the level of service Ive come to expect from Marriott.

I m a lifetime titanium member and always stay at Marriott properties . I m sad to say that this was my least favorite Marriott hotel I have stayed at and hated the property from the moment I walked in and room size was a big disappointment too. I ll never stay at another courtyard property and will even entertain staying at Hilton going forward . What a disappointment and completely ruined our thanksgiving family ny...

Overall great stay! Everyone was incredibly kind (shout out to Flavia for being so welcoming during check-in!) and helpful.
Location is excellent as well as the amenities. Housekeeping always ensured trash was removed and all toiletries were well stocked. Additionally, I was surprised at how quiet the noise level was (floor 23).

Solid Hotel in Manhattan

I have stayed here twice, the staff in the lobby are great. The lobby is always busy, they got me through check in and into my room quickly and efficiently. The rooms are generous for NYC. Business Travel = No check out, invoice arrives in my inbox, no surprises. I will stay here again....
