I love this hotel and it is my go to every time I visit NYC. It is recently renovated so the rooms and public space are beautiful. However, it is the staff that make it special. They always remember me, greet me by name, and Bob, the General Manager, is often in the lobby welcoming guests himself. I would definitely recommend staying here!...

2 night stay at a perfect location which from the start felt exceptionally safe.
Reception staff welcoming and always available for advice.
Room was perfect and served our very needs.spoiltlessly clean and very quiet.
Plenty of coffee and tea available.
Breakfast very limited but we'll prepared.
Really couldn't fault this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed.
Would stay again...

Stayed here for 5 nights on my first solo visit to the USA. Felt super safe, room was clean and staff were amazing! Room was very spacious and bathroom was too. Was never a hassle getting a taxi from hotel. Bell man was amazing! Location is ideal for tourists....

1. Bathroom has a real door. So many NYC hotels do the pocket door/stall and I like this has a proper bathroom in the room
2. Amazing view, try to get a room facing the street
3. Clean
4. Water pressure was immaculate
5. Super friendly staff...
