Comfortable hotel with clean rooms. If I could split the ranking for service apart from the physical structure it would be a 5 star. The service was some of the best I ever saw and I have stayed in high end hotels all over the world. Very friendly, jumping in to help vs waiting to be asked, any issue is dealt with transparency, etc. Ron and Robbie were very helpful as was Dennis who helped with the bags, etc....

Wonderful experience here. The hotel was very clean/updated and the stuff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The location was a very short walk to Times Square. They also accommodated my fragrance allergy by leaving a note for the cleaning service to not spray Febreze in the room and turned off fragrance in the lobby....

Chrissy in hospitality is THE SWEETEST! Best hospitality ever. This hotel is very fun, friendly and all the workers know you by name. Its in a great location and the happy hour is great. Everyone is so sweet and treated us like royalty! Will definitely return....

Just checked it, this hotel provides a perfect location and amazing customer service! Robbie at the front desk deserves a raise!! Very happy with our experience at this hotel so far, 10/10. Very short walk to times square but a quiet stay without all the hustle and bustle....

First Id like to say a big thank you to Robbie and the ladys name beginning with s on the desk as we arrived Thursday night, so friendly and helpful in every way, room clean, big and up to date.
Great location, Ive been to New York about 8 times and first time in this hotel, Ill definitely be back...
