This hotel was absolutely fabulous and we were greeted with the most amazing staff (Chrissy) he was funny, bubbly and after our long journey really made us feel relaxed, with it being my birthday he added champagne to our room and birthday balloons along with a goodies bag and complimentary drink, the rooms were so pretty and its such a great location in Times Square!!...

Great location, rooms average size and enough room for our stay. Staff friendly hotel clean and tidy and breakfast was nice.
Osei who brought our breakfast each day was very polite and always had a smile on his face and always went out of his way to help.
He is a credit to the hotel

Beds are great and most comfortable.
A 2 min walk takes you into the heart of time square....

This place was cozy and comfy and despite it being next to a major bus depot, quiet. We liked the location being on the edge of the Times Square area - all the Broadway theatres are within walking distance, but the hotels away from the fray.
