Great Luxurious Hotel in the Heart of NYC

First off, Robbie made our experience worthwhile. It was my daughter's 16th birthday and without even letting us know, he had arranged for a nice little welcome gift for her after we came back from our room. She felt so special.
He remembered us everytime we walked in and made us feel at home.

Pros.
Free coffee on a morning.
The daily room tax of $29 you can redeem at the bar.
Good location.
Rooms are cleaned daily.
Safe a fridge free of charge.
USB charger on lights.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Negatives.
Shower is lukewarm even on highest heat setting.
Doors are really heavy so when people are coming in late its noisy with the doors shutting.
Heater is very noisy....

The staff here were fantastic. Particularly Jon, Zaida, and Dennis. Warm, friendly and helpful.
Location was good. Bed was nice and room was clean. It is clearly an older facility thats been updated a bit, but some of the accent furniture (desks, nightstands, etc) should probably be replaced.
Overall it was worth the price and Id stay again, mostly for the excellent staff...
