Daniel is the man! Everytime we came in he always offers us water and asked us about our day. He made check in super quick and easy, and anything we needed he was always ready to help. Great staff here!...

Hotel is well kept and is clean and tidy. The option to keep bags before check in and after check out was appreciated. Staff were always friendly and welcoming and the hotel room we had was on the 41st floor of 44 floors. The room was nice, comfortable and had a view of the city. We have Hilton Honors so we had some snacks on arrival and water which was a nice touch. The hotel is close to the subway and has easy acce...

The hotel is in an excellent location - just steps from the subway, a supermarket and Battery Park. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was warm, clean and comfortable, with regular housekeeping and a beautiful city view at sunrise and sunset. In-room amenities were very satisfying. Overall, we had no complaints and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

First time in a Doubletree in NYC and was suitably impressed! The welcome from the front desk was exceptional; warm, professional and funny - those ladies are a hoot! We arrived early morning and were given a room straight away - so appreciated after a 17hour flight - with warm cookies too.
The room is big by NYC standards, spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and good shower pressure/lots of hot water and coffee...
