Decent choice is you are coming without car

We stayed as a couple mid March and wanted to explore the area for a few days
Pros:
Location- only if you are using public transportation or taxi/uber. Close to major attractions, shops, bars, food and subway stops
Clean hotel
Very nice view, booked river view king room and asked for higher floor
Staff was professional, very pleasant and made us feel welcome
Luggage storage on the ground level
Sufficient breakfast...

I am giving this review for two main reasons-The customer service experience I had with Daniel and Maia. I felt compelled to give the review because they made me feel at home right away. From advising what options where available while we waited for our room to accessing the WiFi to handle my business calls. Great location and great staff

We had a wonderful staythe room was comfortable and the hotel is in a great location. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our visit.
The only downside was the elevator service, which could be quite slow at times. It seems there may not be enough lifts for the number of rooms, and the system itself feels a bit outdated....

Daniel is the man! Everytime we came in he always offers us water and asked us about our day. He made check in super quick and easy, and anything we needed he was always ready to help. Great staff here!...
