Malik went above and beyond with helping us when we ran into some travel issues with heading back home and with a family that kindness was so appreciated! We were very happy with our stay at the hotel. The staff were excellent, especially Sarita and Malik, who were attentive and helpful at all times. If we return to New York, we will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it....

The location of this Fairfield Marriott near Times Square is excellent for anyone wanting to be in the heart of Manhattan. Its just a short walk to Times Square, major subway lines, Port Authority, and plenty of restaurants. Despite being in a busy area, the street feels safe and convenient. Fantastic stay in a clean and very comfortable room. Ok rooms are not very big and you ll miss a bit of storage but for downtown New York standards the room exceeded our expectations....
