Stayed for 11 nights in September 2024. On arrival, check-in was efficient and friendly.
A couple of minor issues with our room were addressed speedily.
Our deal included breakfast. However, the line and the lack of seating combined with the offering were very disappointing. Consequently, after the first morning, we chose to have breakfast out.

Excellent hotel in midtown Manhattan. Steps away from Hells Kitchen and MSG. Times Square is a 5-10 minute walk. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Christopher the Concierge Desk. Booked us a car for the ride back to the airport. He is a great Ambassador for the hotel....

Amazing stay

Our stay in Fairfield was nice! Malik from the reception was amazing and very helpful! Location was great, can easily walk anywhere. Everyting was amazing through the whole stay but if there is snything to improve on it the breakfast. Breakfast was okay nothing special. Will 100% stay in this hotel again...

Room not ready at 4pm. Given a different room with no daylight, old fashioned, v noisy and shower curtain too short so bathroom floods each time you shower. Terrible housekeeping. Room has not been serviced 2 days on the trot. Will be glad to leave tomorrow....

Comfortable hidden luxury in the heart of the city with amazing staff

Wonderful stay at this comfortable hotel. Location was fantastic and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again. Special mentions to the front desk staff. Gregory, Ivan, Nicholas, Ciara, Annaleigh, Geo, Luis and Malik. And also the breakfast attendants Teresa and Diomarys. Thank you for taking such good care of us and making our trip that more special!
