The staff at the Fairfield were exceptional. I accidentally left my AirPod earphone on my bed and discovered this 10 minutes after I left the hotel. I called the front desk and Jonathan took action right away and said hed work to help locate it. Imagine how easy it is to miss a white earphone on white sheets). Excellent location! Front desk team were helpful with my hot water requests. A special Thank you to Ms Teresa Cruz and her friendly team for making us feel welcomed and maintaining a lively vibe during breakfast! I came to NYC as part of a big group. There was an error with the booking as I had planned on having a solo room, but when we checked in, I had been out with three other people.

Conveniently located for visiting downtown New York.
Our room was at the back of the hotel, so the city noise was muffled. The room wasn't huge, but it was still comfortable for two people.
I find carpeting in hotels unsanitary, but unfortunately, it's common in many... Breakfast was quite good, although the space was limited, which can lead to long lines if you don't arrive early.
