Just no!!! Bad experience & would not advise unless just to have a bed & shower. Room was run down & lobby really crowded with groups & desk staff & seemed to be under staffed. I will say the bed was pretty comfortable & made up well. If traveling for work then ok...

My husband and I were so pleased with our experience. The front desk staff, valet and cleaning staff were all very helpful and nice. They immediately called our room once we checked in to see how everything was. We needed to leave early so they got our car pulled up from the valet before the true valet hours that start at 7am. We enjoyed our stay here in November 2024. The staff were very friendly and courteous, and nothing felt like it was too much to ask. The staff were very accommodating to our requests and for that we are most grateful.
The room was a standard king. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of space in the room, not that we spent much time in it! Bathroom is perfectly adequate.

With hundreds of choices I picked the right one. Right next to the port authority bus terminal, 6 blocks from Penn STATION and hundreds of restaurants we hit the nail on the head. Breakfast was free and plentiful. Great customer service at every turn. This is my 37th time in NYC bravo to me...

Had a great stay. Just a short walk from Times Square and subway lines so great location. The hotel was modern and clean and did offer free breakfast which was a huge bonus - the staff in the breakfast area were top notch and so friendly!
