A Charming Stay at a Great Location

First of all, I loved the attention Adriana gave me while answering all my pre-stay questions through the Hilton app. I truly appreciate that level of care! Upon arrival, I was delighted to learn that breakfast was included. My room was lovely and spacious, and the location is perfect as it is close to everything. It was an excellent experience, and the entire front desk team was very friendly....

No warm water

Freezing water, tap and shower cold the entire 4 days Ive been here. Run around answers and solutions of letting the water run for 10 mins which does NOT work and no one has time for....

This was a standard Hampton Inn located close to Penn Station. We got in late, so needed to grab a room just for the overnight. The room was very small, but neat and clean. Nicely decorated lobby, and a friendly staff made for a satisfactory short stay....

We have just got back from 4 nights staying here. Booked due being near to Penn Station. Location was great!
We had a 2 x double bed room that overlooked the front of the hotel. Yes it was noisy but it is in the middle of the city!
The room was clean and warm. Comfortable and exactly what we needed and expected for the money.
