This is the first time I have stayed at this hotel in 7 years. It won't be 7 years again. This stay was enjoyable and that has a lot to do with the staff. My family arrived early in the morning and we were able to store our luggage until we came back later that night. Jessie at the front desk is amazing. Friendly and so helpful! Normally when coming to NYC for business, I wouldn't consider a Hampton Inn however pricing & availability for this week found me at the Hampton Inn near MSG. And I have to say- I will definitely return.
Room was clean, comfortable and stocked with what I needed- on par with much pricier brands. Bed was comfy, shower was hot and wifi was able to handle streaming and web meetings without any issue. I was on a lower ...

If the most important thing in real estate is location, location, location, this is a great place. Beyond that it's mediocre, and not worth the cost. I had my car valet parked, and when I needed to get it out, they said 20 minutes, and I needed to be there when it came out. It ended up being an hour. I know that's beyond their control, but there is a garage just down the street that is $10 a day less expensive.

We stayed here as a family (2 Adults & 1 16 yr old) from 08/11/24 till 12/1124 for our first trip to NYC.
I read the reviews from other guests and seriously think they must have stayed in a different Hotel than this one.
We had zero complaints from this Hotel, staff were all pleasant and friendly from the minute we entered the Reception to check in thru to when we checked out.

Stayed here for few nights while attended a concert at MSG and was literally a 5 min walk. Hotel makes for a good base exploring the city , it is close to transport and can easily access many parts of Manhattan midtown.
