We arrived around 12:30pm and were able to check in early. Room w/1 king bed surprisingly large for being a hotel in NYC. Breakfast area was very busy, but the staff did a great job keeping things well stocked. We had a 4pm train departure on our check out date and our small roller bag was able to be kept in a secure area while we explored the city. Very friendly staff!! Would absolutely stay here again....

The staff are helpful, kind, hardworking!! The breakfast was warm and good each morning. There was plenty of options and lots of coffee!
There was only one small elevator that worked for 18 floors! We often had to take the stairs up and down many flights!
Our room was clean! The hotel needs a decor update in a big way! It is located so near Madison square garden and Bryant Park!...

Hotel is basic, in need of a refurb, however room was spotless, shower was hot and towels were fluffy, breakfast was nice and plenty choice if your up for 6 am, it is paper plates and bowls and plastic knives and forks, but its fine for what it is, staff very friendly, best of all never heard a thing through night you would not know you were in the heart of NY, perfect location for everything, Penn Station and Madis...

The hotel is very outdated. Furniture is worn and unappealing in lobby and breakfast room. Rooms are very basic. Bed was clean and comfortable and staff was excellent but dont expect anything else....

Hotel is clean. Staff are friendly. Free breakfast was great, different choices each day. Location was close to subway stop. Highly recommend....
