Im writing this from my room, because I cant pretend this stay is going well. I travel to NYC monthly for work and, until recently, stayed religiously at another Hilton hotel. I loved that hotel. I wrote a glowing review about that hotel. I miss that hotel.

Where do I start .. I would echo what others have said , it's like a big construction site , dust and dirt everywhere, there are two lifts and take ages to arrive, building works started at 7am on Friday .. woken up by drilling is hardly ideal, and the room was dirty, sheets dirty, and there was someone's dentures on the windowsill

Disappointed to learn upon arrival the hotel was under construction

Beware that this hotel is under renovations. There is nothing on the Hilton site indicating this, nor any mention in the confirmation. The restaurant and store are not open (minimal snacks/drinks available), only one elevator is open to guests during 8am-5pm, and there was never anyone at the front desk.

Do Not Book this hotel Booked this hotel using points and cash on December 2nd, 2025. No where at anytime before check in were we informed that the hotel was going to be under renovations. The restaurant was closed, the gym was closed. From 8-5PM each day one elevator was not available for guest use causing delays getting to the rooms and out of the hotel.
