The best staff Ive ever encountered at a hotel!

When I tell you that Ive never had a more helpful and knowledgeable staff at a hotel ever, I mean that. Ive spent years traveling for work and Ive never had a group of people work harder to make sure that my stay was perfect and I had no hiccups like these people. During check in we requested all 3 rooms to be on the same floor. This was accommodated and we were told there was 1 room with a king and 2 rooms with queens. When we got to our rooms they were very small. We went back down to request our original rooms we booked and we were treated with a very disrespectful individual with an attitude. The hotel is right on time square and close to multiple subway lines and a close walk to Central Park, Rockefeller, Bryant park and The Empire State Building for a good cost. You also cant hear the city to much from inside the rooms were quite. Rooms were clean and everyone was very nice especially Ibeth at the front desk was very nice and helpful when our flight was canceled and helped extend our stay....

Just checked in this hotel after a long day and the front desk staff Ariel is amazingly kind and friendly. She helped me and family and made us smile. Joe was also a big help and down to earth friendly. Will definitely be back for my next trip to New York....

Our family is from out of town, and our stay at this hotel was memorable. The central location of the hotel was wonderful. We were able to walk to fantastic restaurants, shopping venues and tourist attractions like Broadway, Times Square and Madame Tussauds. The front office staff was very knowledgeable in pointing out tourist attractions. My teenage children loved the free Wifi, and we all appreciated the clean room...
