I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn New York/Times Square Central and have had wonderful experiences every time Ive visited. My first stay was a solo trip in September 2024 for business, and I enjoyed it so much that I returned in January with my family for both business and pleasure, and again in March for another business trip. I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn New York/Times Square Central and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything, just steps from Times Square, Broadway theaters, Bryant Park, and easy subway access.

I arrived at the hotel around 3:00 AM on Sunday, August 3, and quickly realized I had left my walletwith all my credit cards and passport- in the taxi. Joe Panarella, who was working at the front desk, immediately jumped in to help and treated the situation like it was his own problem to solve.

we had a slow start in terms of satisfaction, but manager Joe Panasella sorted us out really well so pat on the back!!!
Appreciate the efforts made to make us comfortable and well looked after.
