Maria at the front desk is so great. She is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and went the extra mile to make sure my early departure was easy to navigate on check out. Thank you, Maria! In fact, all the staff is excellent.
I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. I pick it for the location convenience but always get an experience.

My wife and I stayed for a week in a ball drop view room. The room was very cozy and clean. The staff were very helpful and polite, quick to respond to any request. They helped with holding our luggage as we arrived well before check in and left well after check out. The location was great, close walking distance to tons of attractions, Broadway shows, and food without having to spend money on travel. Subway stop...
