My family had an excellent experience from the moment we arrived. In particular, Joseph at the front desk went out of his way to ensure we felt welcomed.he even introduced us to Remi (sp?) in the hotel restaurant (Pauls on Times Square) to get us set up with a table, a shareable appetizer, and drinks!
