Amazing view if youre lucky to get a high room

We arrived at the hotel, the reception is really tired and cramped. We had an issue checking in but staff were quick to resolve and we had the most amazing room view on floor 34!! We never closed our blinds. We could see SUMMIT and the Empire State Building clearly.
We were 2 adults and 2 teenage boys the room was small, two double beds, very little storage but we only slept there and it was adequate and clean.

Stayed here in December 6 adults!
Hotel was fab! Great location!
Staff wa slow it and security was always on the door no matter the time!!
Rooms was alright there was 3 adults to a double room which was fine when cases are organised and sorted!
Would definitely stay here again, would recommend it!

Brilliant location for every thing a tourist could need
We were a family of 4 and although the room was a tad small we only used it to sleep in!
We read the reviews on lifts and the ample signs stating when to avoid the lifts and never encountered any issues as were out early
The wet few days meant no unwanted gatherings out the front of the hotel but there was always a security presence!

Pathetic, Shambolic, Scary Experience. The front of the hotel is crowded by drug addicts with strong smell of weed and drugs on the forecourt as well as in the lobby of the hotel - very scary experience. I thought the worst was over but not. My room had very strong smell of weed and drugs, it appeared the previous guests were having drug and weed sessions in that room. Great location with easy access to public transport. Rooms were clean and of a decent size. The front desk and support staff were always helpful we received an electric kettle on request and extra towels whenever needed. A couple of minor points: the ice dispenser near our room could be noisy at times, and elevators can have a short wait during busy morning hours.
