I booked this room on Priceline, and it lived up to my expectationsI wasnt expecting world-class accommodations; I wanted something thats clean, quiet, safe and near my destination. The Holiday Inn met all four.

Good hotel in Wall street area

The location is very good, near Metro station and bus stops if you don´t mind the distance from midtown and uptown. Bear in mind its an old building, as most of the area, so rooms are quite small, with little or no space for suitcases. Breakfast is self-served in the lobby area which you can see in one of the pictures, where there are only two chairs. Thus, you can take it standing or take it to your room. The offer ...

The Customer Service was exceptional with friendly staff during every shift of our five day stay! The room was cleaned daily. All requests were quickly accommodated. Great location.
Snacks and waters were provided daily. The room size was sufficient for us. We would definitely stay again!...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

This is possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 24 years of traveling. My flight got delayed, I called in Advance to tell them but the night shift person didnt post a message on my fully prepaid booking.
