So good bits first , great location for downtown activities and easy subway to uptown. Room was clean if a bit dated like the rest of the hotel . The downfall unfortunately was the staff who generally seemed disinterested, we had to ask for towels on two occasions , once after the room had been cleaned and no towels left and another when we only had two small towels in the room . Stayed at the Holiday Inn for five nights with a group of friends. We were overall very happy with the rooms, they were spacious as NYC hotels go. There was always clean towels for us everyday and anything we asked for we promptly received. There was great breakfast items as well as snacks throughout the day. The staff were very polite and we were very helpful with directions and advice. I would highly recommend this...

Very old outdated rooms with windows that don't open

Got a nasty surprise when I arrived and was told I had to pay a 75 Dollar deposit which I never know about.In addition to this they wanted a 120 Dollars in resort fees,all of which I was not given any receipt for,so had no proof even that I had paid the deposit.
The room was very old and outdated with poor lighting.Worst of all was the fact that in the middle of a heatwave,the window only opens about 10 centimetres...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel from April 3 - April 6, 2024.
We stayed on the fourth floor in room 408.
