Five Star Experience in NYC Upper West Side!

Katharine at the front desk began our AMAZING weekend at Hotel Beacon! She welcomed us and upgraded us to a gorgeous King Executive Studio room on an high floor! Everyone was kind and helpful, from the doorman to the bellmen and front desk and housecleaning staff.

We loved our stay at the Hotel Beacon! The room was large and roomy. Having a small refrigerator and microwave was super helpful. And the location was perfect in the Upper West Side of NYC.
Also, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Every time we left or came back in they spoke to us. And they were a great help in finding places to eat.
Finally, the hotel is less than five minutes to the 72nd street ...

We enjoyed Hotel Beacon in 2019 and for two stays since, we expect to enjoy many future stays.

You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time. So we all have different expectations and experiences. For the Beacon to maintain its Travellers Choice Award, certainly gives confidence about what it is offering and delivering.
