Amazing experience

Good atmosphere, food was amazing and 5 stars to the server who served me that night of the 5th. The server was very attentive and spoke with every table ensuring that they were all okay. You can tell that she has a great leader as i was not the only guest that mentioned that during my visit. I will definitely come back....

Worse customer service

Worse customer service. Difficult to get hold of someone . I talked with a customer service to book. He confirmed there was a shuttle to the airport. I asked many times about the shuttle before agreeing to the booking. After booking I waited and it was not a shuttle. I requested a refund and they are not getting back to me. The lady with jet black hair(full make-up) at the hotel reception was very rude upon my arrival and did not give me all the information I needed for my stay. I slept with mosquitos which was very unpleasant as I got bitten in the middle of the night. Also in their restaurant, there was a bug in my tea....

My stay was amazing booked 2 nights the front desk receptionist Madison was so helpful and accommodating would definitely stay again...
