Worse customer service. Difficult to get hold of someone . I talked with a customer service to book. He confirmed there was a shuttle to the airport. I asked many times about the shuttle before agreeing to the booking. After booking I waited and it was not a shuttle. I requested a refund and they are not getting back to me. The lady with jet black hair(full make-up) at the hotel reception was very rude upon my arrival and did not give me all the information I needed for my stay. I slept with mosquitos which was very unpleasant as I got bitten in the middle of the night. Also in their restaurant, there was a bug in my tea....

My first flight at Laguadia for years since its renovated. I was hosted by Thanusha. Everything is fine. A very rare hotel you can get in the states that is new, clean and quiet....

Its my very first time in NYC !! I had 24 hours only, i want to thank Tanusha for bzing sooo nice and helpful , the ways she speak to us and gives us a beautiful atmosphere she literally tought me how to go to downtown , she encouraged me to go alone and told me it was safe , and it was the best experience ever , i enjoyed my stay so much...
