The lady with jet black hair(full make-up) at the hotel reception was very rude upon my arrival and did not give me all the information I needed for my stay. I slept with mosquitos which was very unpleasant as I got bitten in the middle of the night. Also in their restaurant, there was a bug in my tea....

My first flight at Laguadia for years since its renovated. I was hosted by Thanusha. Everything is fine. A very rare hotel you can get in the states that is new, clean and quiet....

Its my very first time in NYC !! I had 24 hours only, i want to thank Tanusha for bzing sooo nice and helpful , the ways she speak to us and gives us a beautiful atmosphere she literally tought me how to go to downtown , she encouraged me to go alone and told me it was safe , and it was the best experience ever , i enjoyed my stay so much...

Amazing service. Clean rooms. Free shuttle to the airport. Thanusha also gave me complementary slippers which was much appreciated. Overall a great experience....
