I had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Indigo Flushing and was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. The hotel is stylish, modern, and very well maintained, with a fresh and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive.

Good atmosphere, food was amazing and 5 stars to the server who served me that night of the 5th. The server was very attentive and spoke with every table ensuring that they were all okay. You can tell that she has a great leader as i was not the only guest that mentioned that during my visit. I will definitely come back....

Worse customer service. Difficult to get hold of someone . I talked with a customer service to book. He confirmed there was a shuttle to the airport. I asked many times about the shuttle before agreeing to the booking. After booking I waited and it was not a shuttle. I requested a refund and they are not getting back to me.
