We would never stay at this hotel again.
I've waited over a month since checking out to ensure my review of the hotel is as free of emotion as possible, so here are some numbered facts.
1. Upon arriving, discovered heat in one part of our room (we had a suite) didn't work.

Many things to consider for this hotel. Location was great walking distance to Times Square, close to restaurants, bars and high street, safe neighbourhood, easy check-in and checkout. Room was spacious and had decent view, plugs not located near mirrors so very difficult when getting ready as a woman if your styling your hair etc. loud music from opposite bar/club even till 3am on event nights, false advertising of ...

I have travelled extensively across the world and have never once left a negative review. Unfortunately, this hotel has forced me to do so, and I sincerely wish I had listened to the numerous warnings in previous reviews. This stay very nearly ruined our entire trip.

Great New York Stay with Friendly Staff and Hudson River Views

This was our first time visiting New York and were so glad we chose to stay at Ink48 Hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. We experienced a minor water leak in the bathroom, and it was repaired within minutes of reporting it, on Christmas Day!
