Not bad at all!

This hotel is perfectly good for a decent spot if you have business in that area. Sure there is really nothing much around it of note but the bed was super comfy and it was clean and I had a nice view of the river and the sunset each night. I am very much a hotel snob. Seems some of the rooms are less than stellar but I had a nice stay. Didn't hear any noise/night club noise. I was on the 14th floor....

Frustrating

The location was perfect but they charge $46 a night for nothing you use. You have to ask for a coffee pot and microwave and for me I had to ask twice. Didnt get it til midnight when the next shift showed up. He was great by the way but the guy who left around 11 didnt send either nights request...

My wife and I rented a king-size room at Ink 48, located on 47th Street and 11th Avenue in New York City on Saturday, October 11, 2025, in room #509. My credit card was charged $498.00 +$146.00 = $644.00 for a one-night stay. The room is filthy dirty starting with the carpet throughout the room. The sofa was equally as dirty. Chavez the front end manager is the worst hotel manager Ive had the misfortune of interacting with in my life. I checked in October 10th. I called Chavez (motivate if thats his correct spelling) asking for ten front end manager. I told him the curtains were disgustingly stained and did not close. Will Not Sleep Due to Nightclub

Unfortunately, I cannot stress enough that you should not stay here for any business or family travel or really if you want to sleep. The staff was incredibly friendly. However, the noise from the nightclub was so loud on a Tuesday night that my windows were shaking until 12:30am! Then, there is a very loud industrial operation that begins at 2:30am.
