Lorena was extraordinary. From the minute I landed at the hotel and my reservation couldnt be found, she was quick to find a solution and understand what happened. Although all of the staff was very pleasant, Lorena was my point of contact. Not only was she helpful, but also genuinely kinda and pleasant to chat with.
Thank you Lorena for an AMAZING trip. This NYC trip will hold a special place in my heart....

Another wornout wannabe designer-hotel. The location is great, other than that, avoidable. Weird smell in the reception-hall (scent or cleaning-stuff), wornout carpets, weird lobby and a so called rooftop-bar on the 5th floor. Some view yes, but bar on 33rd floor is what I would call a rooftop bar, not on the 5th. All in sll: no idea why the good ratings. Definitely not a repeat for me....
