We recently visited with our two daughters for their joint birthdays. Our room was upgraded by Stella so that the girls had a beautiful view of Times Square. The cleanliness of the hotel was great throughout. A little shop onsite. Rooftop bar. Close to everything with a supermarket underneath. Staff very friendly. I would definitely visit again....

From the moment I arrived, the energy of NYC hit me and this hotel matched it perfectly. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and there was even a Spanish-speaking team member who made check-in a breeze.
The room was spacious with an incredible view of Times Square. We booked the room with breakfast included, which was delicious and a great way to start the day. The rooftop terrace is a must perfect for ...

The location is as good as you'll get. Our room and the dining room had a fantastic view of Times Square.
The room was very nice indeed. The staff were outstanding ... incredibly helpful and polite.
The lobby and reception has a very modern vide ... all pretty cool.
Highly recommend this place....

Spoil Alert - it's overpriced!

I would not call this a five star hotel. $500 per night with a broken shower head and poor water pressure. Peeling paint in the ceiling over the shower. Shower curtain seriously smelt like sweat. We had to close the bathroom door so we did not smell it when we were back in the hotel. Granted the location was unbeatable but the bathroom was outdated like Motel 6....

My New Favorite Hotel in NYC!

We've been going to NYC for over 20 years to enjoy Broadway shows. We stayed here for the first time last week and in my opinion, this is the best hotel in NYC. Great location, amazing staff, large, clean rooms, outdoor patio for drinks and food with an awesome view and reasonably priced for Midtown Manhattan. We will never stay anywhere else from now on when in the City....
