Arti was awesome for service. Hilton messed up my reservation and he corrected it with the most polite service, professionalism, and kindness. He went above and beyond for my family to make sure we were happy and taken care of. The hotel was clean and the restaurant was fantastic!...

Stayed for 4 nights in a room with 2 queen beds. Room was spacious and beds were very comfortable. Front desk personnel were friendly. The bellmen, particularly Jose and Hassan were wonderfully helpful and charming with providing info and explaining how to get around. There is a bakery and diner attached to the hotel. Both were appreciated....

Lovely hotel, ideally situated - great location for getting around and sightseeing. Room was spacious for NYC - clean and tidy. Able to sleep soundly as quite quiet. All the staff were pleasant and accommodating. Having the BLD coffee shop in reception was a god send in the mornings. shout out to the room cleaner who went above and beyond on a daily basis...
