Lovely hotel, ideally situated - great location for getting around and sightseeing. Room was spacious for NYC - clean and tidy. Able to sleep soundly as quite quiet. All the staff were pleasant and accommodating. Having the BLD coffee shop in reception was a god send in the mornings. shout out to the room cleaner who went above and beyond on a daily basis...

Great location, near subway, great food, and all tourist spots. Plenty of shopping spots nearby like H&M. The hotel bar had great drinks and an awesome DJ. Our doorman Mario was super helpful! 5 stars for Marios customer service. Definitely a cool place to stay at....

Ive been meaning to leave a review after staying here for a week in October, but what a brilliant hotel. Fantastic location next to the Empire State, Macys and Madison Square Garden just up the road and Times Square a short walk up the road. My aunt made a mistake with our reservation and Sophia was more than helpful in finding a solution for her mistake. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and the food in the restaurant is top notch. Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories....
