The only real redeeming quality of this hotel is the location. We were consistently let down by staff the entire stay! For starters the A/C was not working properly and instead of staff addressing the issue they told us to
"open the window".
Our neighboring room was loud and obnoxious. We requested dinner utensils to the room and staff gave us the run around all night.. sending us to the front desk multiple times on...

Mr. Zoilo welcomed us incredibly well at the hotel reception; he is an extremely kind personhe even gave my son a souvenir as a gift. I am loving my stay and will definitely return....

Very good location in a strategic position. The view from the room was Amazing. Bed very confortable. The breakfast could be improved....

Great time at the M Social Downtown Manhattan

Located by the WTC. Lots of subway stations nearby. Friendly staff, especially Mrs Rai who was there for me when I needed it unlike Mr Tim Lopez who ignored my demands. Our compliments to Smaila who helped us with our shared ride. Delicious tapas and food at the Beast and Butterflies restaurant. Very nice waiters there too....

Best Hotel New York

We had the best 9 days staying at the MSocial Downtown. The location was perfect for us, easy subway to Brooklyn and Uptown Manhattan. The rooms are so comfortable, clean and spacious for NY accommodation.
Mike the doorman was always friendly and there to greet us with a big smile.
Zoilo the bellman was so helpful with our luggage and organising a cab for us to the Airport. Highly recommend this hotel....
