We arrived after a 15 hour journey and when we got to the desk Terquone told us that our room was gone.....so he would have to upgrade us to the 51st floor! We were absolutely delighted. I had booked the corner suite on a highfloor but instead we got a one bedroom suite on one of the highest floors. It really made our trip. Staying at the hotel was one of the highlights of the visit. No chairs and to much deposit.

It was a large room but No Chairs to sit.
We stayed 4 nights and they charge us deposit for 4 days x 150 dollar = 600 dollar.
Normaly other hotels only charge one time 100-150 dollar per stay.
No were was that informed, and we were very disappointed. Would have chosen another hotel if it was informed in advance. We are used to only deposit one time even if we stay longer....

I really like the experience the room was clean, the staff was good and decent, the location is great and able to move around the city. The bed was good, the amenities at the hotel, but I was not sure where to find FREE coffee, NYC is expensive....
