I stayed at M Social New York Downtown with my girlfriend, and I am still angry about how we were treated. What happened was unacceptable and should concern anyone considering this hotel.
On two separate nights, we were stopped at the entrance and asked to show our key cards just to enter the hotel we were paying to stay in. The first night, I tried to handle it calmly and respectfully and showed my key card, even t...

My stay at M Social New York Downtown was humiliating, infuriating, and completely unacceptable. This hotel should be ashamed of how it treats paying guests.

The facilities at the M Social are great, but what really sold me are the people who keep it going. The first day I checked in after long travels and was greeted by Petra, who was a welcome kind face after traveling. Amazing location extremely close to multiple subway lines, with average time of about 10-25 min to any location in Manhattan. Exceptional room, especially the one looking over Brooklyn Bridge to which we were upgraded to free of charge. Quite clean room, very quiet with a very nice daily service....
