Great location and nice hotel. Not to busy and not to loud on the street. Only thing that we didnt like was the cleaning. Bathroom was filthy from day one + we didnt had a mirror in the sleeping area?...

The view was absolutely stunning

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay and felt comfortable from the very first moment. We received a paid upgrade, which was totally worth it the room was amazing, perfect for the three of us, and the view was absolutely stunning. We were so happy and truly enjoyed every minute of our stay.
We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to New York City.
The only small downside wed like to men...

Misleading as Renovated

It was dirty and price-gouged for December. Misleading as newly renovated. There was dust, dirty rugs and baseboards, dirty curtains, and dirty surfaces. My family and I got sick from the poor air quality in the room. There was mold and dust accumulated in the vents....

Lovely hotel, amazing view on the high levels. We knew it was downtown and in the business district close to the WTC. This area feels safe and cleaner in general to the busier midtown. We were very pleased with the room in general, good size, good condition and modern styling. Our view was amazing.
