Excellent in every way! Location, view, quiet! Conveniently located. If you want to avoid mid town or uptown, like me, then this is the right hotel. Quiet to sleep in, comfortable, and they actually cleaned my room without giving me environmental BS excuses. This is my hotel whenever I go back to NYC. Thank you!!...

Perfect location. Very nice hotel in the middle of shops and restaurants. The staff is very kind and available. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the hotel has comfortable beds....

I love love love this location. I stay here every time I come to New York Reina and the staff were amazing. The room was a very clean.I will continue to stay here every time I come to New York. The views are definitely unbeatable...

Excellent location with accessible subway station nearby.
Clean spacious rooms with stunning view if you are in a high floor.
If you travel with baby they bring you crib and kettle.
The bed and pillows are very comfy, the lighting is fine and the temperature is easily adjustable...
