Such a lovely hotel, staff very welcoming on arrival, very quick and easy check in. Rooms were clean, not overly big but no matter as only used for sleeping. Hotel was in a Great location with plenty of subways within walking distance.
Food served daily in the hotel was quite nice, also a bar available & games tables plus a very small basketball room. Atmosphere overall was really good.

First time at this hotel.
Great location and away from the hustle of Times Square.
The rooms are pretty small, but functional Id say. Our automatic blinds didnt work but a call to the front desk fixed it.
Very cool and energetic vibe and really quiet rooms which I appreciated.
Overall a great stay....

Great hotel near Wall Street, WTC, 9/11 memorial -- great main floor bar/ restaurant area, funky cool hotel rooms, etc -- but one of best parts was one of the Moxy team members -- Ben at check-in @ street level. Funny, personable, made check-in a breeze while having a great conversation - icing on the cake? He remembered me as I walked in the lobby door (Even though my last Moxy Downtown stay was 3 months earlier!)...

We booked a room here not knowing that the entire street in front of the entrance of the hotel is closed. When we called the hotel upon arrival, they told us the road closure had been going on for A YEAR and that we "should just park in a lot and lug our bags to the hotel." I am not a fancy person, but our room cost $700 for one night and for that price I would have picked a hotel that at least had the option of unlo...

We had room 2911 which had two double beds and a lovely view of the skyline.
On the whole we really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the room wasnt too small and the bathroom was a decent size too. We liked that they had mini fridges on request and that they had a choice of iron or steamer. In the room it was super quiet and there were good black out blinds for a good nights sleep.
