I was visiting with my grandma. Workers in the hotel were very nice and helpful.
The check in was very easy we came in late after a long flight.
A worker named Darryl was the one to check us in and helped us multiple times during our stay, he was very nice and it's obvious he cares about customer service.

My stay at the New York Hilton Midtown was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and every interaction with the staff reflected professionalism and genuine hospitality.
