Location is perfect right near train station. Staff was very I formative and very nice. Breakfast buffet was good and coffee and tea in lobby was great. Great visit...

I usually trust the Hilton brand however this time the lighting was extremely dim in the hotel room. There was no room in the bathroom. I couldn't open the shade because it was broken. The elevators were not working properly. Very bad experience. The only people that were helpful in the hotel were the Bellmen and they were exceptional...

We stayed in October, the lifts were being upgraded then too. The new system could be very good if it wasnt catering to the crowds in this hotel & if there were enough lifts. But every time we used the lift from the lobby it was chaos. Check in was also hectic, too few counters open.

Shocking check in waited an hour to be told they had no booking in our name made us ring our travel provider. Then had cheek to ask us for 500 dollar deposit when booking said 250 but then took 750 dollars on our card when i queried it said one was a mistake but other payment wasnt them. Told us it was fraud and to ring our credit card provider which we did. Turned out they were absolute liars it was them.

I am a Hilton residence owner
I stayed at the hotel in a regular room on the 25th floor
I cannot believe how this property has fallen
Dirty carpeting, chipped paint, damaged furniture, halls that are worn and scuffed
The elevators???
This is showing as a bus trip hotel at best
No room service after 10 pm
The exec lounge is tired and lacks quality
