We thoroughly enjoyed our stay last week at the Hilton during the recent snowstorm. While out walking with the weather in the teens - that big welcoming entrance was a sight for sore eyes. The concierge and parking staff were amazing trying to help us coordinate travel and our activities. One of the highlights of our stay was the AMAZING breakfast each day. Great experience for our first time in NY! Kudos to Jerick in the front desk for being so accommodating and exceptional when we checked in late back in Feb 2025. We were so satisfied with the facility and specially the great location that were heading back there again tomorrow for a week! Looking forward to another great stay....

Hotel is getting very dated. Overall staff was mediocre however I need to give a shout out to Jesus at the front desk. He was super helpful in finding a room that was ready. He really cared about getting my family and I a room after we were waiting a long time. He had a joyful attitude and was even great interacting with my kids while he worked on our problem. He was amazing! Thanks Jesus!...
