This hotel is so busy its like a circus. Huge queues to check in, for the elevators, everything. A really unpleasant experience. Overpriced shop to get food, not even water in the mini bar. I was initially placed in a tiny room next to the elevators which were so incredibly loud. I asked to move and this was accommodated but still a really disappointing hotel. Everything feels grubby and dated.

I was only there for a night so I didnt get to explore the hotel. But my check in process was quick and fast and the hotel is beautiful..I had a nice room with a very comfortable bed. It was my friends birthday day and I book us a room to enjoy the city for the night without the hassle of getting back home...

Location is perfect right near train station. Staff was very I formative and very nice. Breakfast buffet was good and coffee and tea in lobby was great. Great visit...

I usually trust the Hilton brand however this time the lighting was extremely dim in the hotel room. There was no room in the bathroom. I couldn't open the shade because it was broken. The elevators were not working properly. Very bad experience. The only people that were helpful in the hotel were the Bellmen and they were exceptional...

We stayed in October, the lifts were being upgraded then too. The new system could be very good if it wasnt catering to the crowds in this hotel & if there were enough lifts. But every time we used the lift from the lobby it was chaos. Check in was also hectic, too few counters open.
