Had a family room for 5 nights two queen beds for 4 adults - it was ok if you spend no time in the room
There is no room service or a restaurant for breakfast service
Towels are v v small and thin and replaced 3/5 days
Shower not strong and either boiling or Luke warm
Really nice shampoo etc but ran out of it
Beds super comfy but not enough pillows

Cost over $2000 aust for 3 nights . No room service for food to speak of. No kettle in room means you pay $15 aud for a hot drink every time you want one. Very tired carpet and rooms very dull lighting. A small fridge. Not all that clean, shower and carpet very old, no bottled water supplied. Only 2 blocks from central park or times square but other attractions are a long walk away. We got woken up at 2am by a maid...

Caroline is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!

I stay at this hotel every October for an annual girls trip to NYC. We received the most outstanding customer service from Caroline this year and can only hope she is still there next year when we come back! We were like old friends by the time we left and she really made our day when we would come and go during our 10 days there!

We arrive for a 5 night 6 day trip , hotel reception area looks lovely with the trees , husband explained it was a special anniversary at reception and they upgraded us to a better room which was lovely , we were charged $500 fo the nights stay which was a chunk of our spends I wish BA had advised this would happen when we booked this which obviously they hadnt , room was lovely nice and big , clean , we were on the...

Horrible bar, horrible clientel and horrible staff. Sums up the hotel really. Dont know what else to say about the hotel really except I won't be back....
