My family and I have stayed at the Park Central Hotel New York previously because of its location (close to Central Park, 57th Avenue shopping, Times Square) and because of the exceptional customer service. Perfect stay and loved every minute in New York

Recently stayed all staff where lovely and very helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. No noise at night and getting the lift was not a problem. I requested a kettle for the room which was free . One suggestion I would make is a mirror where the dresser is to do your hair etc . The location was excellent I used city mapper to help me and the walks were lovely feeling safe . Definitely recommend ...

Good hotel which lets its self down with the amenities

A good hotel with great location but lets itself down with the hotel bar and restaurant closed every Sunday and Monday .
They dont advertise this on there website and when it is open its 5pm and not 12 midday like most Manhattan hotels .seems like there still living in the covid cost cutting era bar was even closed for the evening when I checked in on a Thursday due to understaffing .

Stayed here for 4 nights. Would not recommend this hotel.
First off and one of the worst things for us was the sheer rudeness of the staff on reception. So unhelpful its actually laughable. Look at you like you are a piece sh*t on their shoe quite frankly.
Every thing was a one word answer, didnt even look at you, never got a helpful response.

I do not advise anyone to stay and spend their money in this hotel, which is bad in all aspects
I booked two rooms for three nights, but unfortunately it is one of the worst hotels in terms of service, cooperation, staff and managers.
