Enjoyed ourselves but have just returned to find £1700 taken out of my account? Hotel was prepayed. so why please clarify I have tried contacting direct but no reply...

Book the hotel directly though their website. Went with my sister and mother. Arrived at the hotel at 2000hrs for a 1530hours check in to be told the room wasnt ready yet. We booked a room with 2 double beds. We were offered a king room instead. Lady on reception told us the room was being cleaned and it would be 20 mins. 45 mins later the room was no longer available, manager then said we could have drinks vouchers...

Turned up at this hotel at 7.15 pm having booked 3 months previously to be told they had no double rooms available as they hadnt been cleaned. 3 hours later they admitted they actually didnt have any rooms and offered one king size bed for me and my two adult daughters. We were not the only people in this situation. Lots of people with young families. The staff were not helpful, did not seem to care and luckily we ...

Basic - brilliant location.

Had a family room for 5 nights two queen beds for 4 adults - it was ok if you spend no time in the room
There is no room service or a restaurant for breakfast service
Towels are v v small and thin and replaced 3/5 days
Shower not strong and either boiling or Luke warm
Really nice shampoo etc but ran out of it
Beds super comfy but not enough pillows
