The hotels location is excellent for sight seeing around New York. The room was spacious and clean, the bath room was ok. The bar opens at 4 pm and had OK bar snacks and drinks, and a lovely hostess some nights with entertainment. The main problems i had are the reception staff, SO rude, and unhelpful. The hotel runs out of hot water every morning and evening, I reported this, and it was suggested i move rooms, I as...

This hotel was very nice. Its spacious and clean and very well located. The staff, however, was so rude. I felt talked down to in every single occasion I spoke to staff (on the phone before check in, during check in and check out and from the room). I was told during check in that they didnt have any coffee or hot water for guests but could send a coffee machine and electric kettle to the room for free. I like to h...

Do not got to this hotel my daughter went here in Jan 26 the hotel took $500 off her car when she checked in which was for $45 city tax per day which was fine and the rest was a security deposit which she was told that on departure money would be refunded never arrived as soon as she got on transfer another $400 was taken out of her bank the day after arriving home they took snother £389 out of her bank tried to get...
