This hotel has a great location, close to all the tourist attractions and lots of restaurants. Great service, very clean, lots of lighting (newer hotels have one light only), usb ports to charge your phone. I strongly recommend the taxi service to the airport. Cheaper than uber or lyft. If you don't have a lot of luggage, the uber shuttle has a stop a block away....

Very enjoyable 5 night stay at Rui Plaza Manhattan, Times Square.
Trip to New York to celebrate 50th birthday . We had not shared this information with hotel prior to our visit or on arrival, so we were very surprised when a small box of chocolates were delivered to our room. Lovely touch!

Avoid this company at all costs.
My father suffered a stroke while on holiday in India, and I had to fly out from the UK immediately to be with him. I contacted them multiple times to cancel my upcoming trip to New York due to this emergency.

We stayed here for five nights in May and had a really great experience overall. The location is unbeatable literally a minute (if that) from Times Square, which made getting around New York so easy.
