Firstly what a great location for seeing New York !
Our room was great, all that we needed . Comfortable beds , a second pillow would be good.
Breakfast was super efficient, ran like clockwork.
So much choice at breakfast and the fruit was fresh and delicious.

We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of January for my partners birthday. The location is great, right off times square which while a bit run down is handy for shops and cheap eat restaurants. It is one block from radio city hall and near several underground stops.
The room was clean, however given i upgraded to a king deluxe suite it was quite small in general terms but in new york terms was probably pretty reas...

We stayed here for 5 nights in early march, visiting the city from the UK.
Check in was straightforward and our room was ready, a really nice, fresh, clean and modern room with a great view from the 25th floor.

Me and my family have just returned from a 5 night stay at this hotel as a family of 4 (2 adults, a teen and a baby) visiting New York for the first time and all I have to say is WOW!!! We stayed here for 6 night. This is hotel is great. The room had everything we needed and was always very clean. The staff were all really friendly and helpful right from the check-in.
The breakfast was great, with plenty of choices. While there was a queue it was always well managed and went down quickly.
The hotel is in a great location, just off Time Square.
