There are lots of great hotels in NYC. What I loved most about this one was the breakfast included. Lots of selections and reasonable hours of operation. Breakfast is served till 10AM. It was clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly and efficient. I would stay there again. The only miss is that they don't have refillable water stations. That would be a great add....

A perfect hotel

My daughter and I stayed at the Riu Plaza New York for her 21st birthday. We initially booked for 4 nights but because of the fire at Heathrow, ended up staying 7 nights.
The hotel is spotlessly clean. The beds are so comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic choice and was always fresh. The staff are friendly and accommodating.
Honestly, there is nothing I would fault at all. Just a beware that has been me...

Great location. Good breakfast. Traveled with my teenage daughter and felt very safe. Second time staying there and would stay again.
Only negative is the frosted glass shower wall into the room. Not a lot of privacy on that one! ...

We stayed at this hotel for my daughters 30th birthday...its location is really good 5..8 mins walk to times sq...the hotel is spotless I think every room has a view of NYC...there are food and drinks outlets on your doorstep please try the iron grill bar foods amazing and good value for money unlike some
