We visited this great hotel, we got upgraded to the 27th floor to a kingsize, my god the views were exceptional of new york skyscrapers, the staff are great big shout Andres top guy!, perfect location for everything in NewYork, breakfast is good variety, you wont be dissapointed , fabulous....

Amazing hotel. Staff were excellent in all job roles, nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous location. Coffee shop, restaurant & bar all excellent. Brill breakfast to start the day. If we ever go back to New York we will definitely stay here. ...

This was our first time to NYC as we were taking a cruise out of Manhattan. We wanted to stay close to the port, but also close to Time Square to check out the area. We arrived at the hotel and it is beautiful. We checked in, and they gave us a complimentary upgrade. Talk about a surprise and we were very thankful. Staff was very polite and informative. We got up to our room and it was a corner room. WOW! Amazing vie...

Bed bugs and poor resolutions

I wanted to leave a better review for the hotel. Unfortunately the handling of our issues were fumbled.
Major issue for us was bed bugs. See picture included. We contacted management about the bed bug we found and they moved us. The room we moved to was a slight down grade. Lower floor and older amenities. They offered to wash our laundry. They washed maybe 1 load and left the rest dirty. Not poorly washed. Most of ...

Great location, fabulous breakfast, good sized room, comfy bed, good bathroom and shower, clean, helpful friendly staff only downside the room walls are paper thin so take ear plugs. We got up and downstairs by 6.50am, then a lift up to 5 to have breakfast which was really good. Didn't wait around at all and didn't have any problems with lifts.
