We stayed here for 4 nights on our first ever trip to America and couldnt have wished for a better hotel, service from start to finish was excellent. We even got a card wishing my husband happy birthday with some luxury chocolates left in the room on the day which i thought was a lovely touch. Air Condition Nightmare

Stayed here for four nights with a broken air conditioner. I reported the issue and someone came out but insisted there was nothing they could do. The room temperature got up to 80 degrees and no one was willing to fix it. The customer service was horrible and no real effort was made to resolve the problem. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else....

Great location but dont book if youd like to sleep well!
Its so noisy with passing traffic and the fire station opposite contributes to this. A new hotel is being built opposite, construction works start early and finish late!
The worst part is .the fire alarm test announcement went off every morning at 8:30am, no test was carried out ️, we Found this a pointless announcement and suggested whatever testin...

Just come back from New York and stayed at the Rui plaza hotel Times Square and honestly cant fault it . Lovely rooms and lovely staff who were very helpful breakfast was great and the location was good just round the corner from Times Square . Stayed at RIU Plaza Manhattan Times Square for 3 nights and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The room was cold (around 70°F) and the heating system barely worked even after adjusting the temperature. The shower enclosure door was broken and very difficult to lift and open.
