Lovely airy hotel, rooms were bright and clean. Fresh towels every day. Breakfast was a massive buffet, excellent choice. Was bizzy in the morning for breakfast, generally had to queue up!! Lovely bar with delicious cocktails and have a happy hour. Very central hotel to a lot of attractions. Would definitely go back....

Lovely hotel and great location. Spotless comfy room made up every day. Welcoming staff on reception. Good choice for breakfast but would be nice to choose where you sit....

Just back from the Riu( just off Times Square) 1st-6th June.Our 4th year in a row and just as before another great stay.Thanks also for the sparkling wine and choccys for our Anniversary,nice touch.Lisa & Malcolm...

Very strange hotel, popular with European tourists it was not designed for the needs of a business traveler. Small, triangular desk - not sufficient if trying to work, and the squeaky lumpy bed is the only other furniture in the room. I had some issues with my room that required the maintenance staff to do immediate repairs, I liked my room better after that was done but Im not sure why they would give me a room in ...

Our stay was pleasant. Was welcomed with a complementary bottle of wine for our anniversary. Room was small but clean. House keeping made our room up each day with fresh towels. Breakfast was very crowded. Food was just okay. Everything was soft. Bacon, hash browns.... They were kept in pots that trapped in steam. Nothing was crunchy. The lounge/restaurant has coffee on their menu, but you have to walk across the lob...
