First time to try RIU but unfortunately it came with huge disappointment. While the location is really nice since its in Timesquare all the rest falls short. The room is extremely small and not well maintained, our hair dryer is broken and not safe to use, we felt electric schock when we used it and it was never replaced on our entire stay. This matter should never be taken for granted since it can put guest to dange...

I went during Christmas and my experience in the hotel was amazing. The location is right near time square and there is a 7/11 nearby. The rooms are really nice and we had a view of the edge and you could actually just about see people walking on it which was really cool to see. The breakfast was really nice and had a variety of cereals. I recommend going to joes pizza and crumbl cookie since they were really lovely...

Amazing stay at Riu Plaza New York Times Square with fantastic breakfast choices at the buffet breakfast each morning. Clean albeit small double bedroom. Perfect location and stay for our weeks visit in New York....

4 night stay to celebrate my daughter finishing her A levels.,
We have stayed here before and liked it so came back.
Efficient check in , usual stinging for local tax and $200 refundable deposit , which we expected.
We had a king in the 26th floor. Really comfortable room, lovely bed , great shower . Not huge but its a city centre room and you are hardly there so no complaints there. Amazing views of the Manhatta...
