Highly recommend! Chose based on close location to Richard Rodgers theater for Hamilton, good reviews, and reasonable price for NYC. Hotel was very busy but we had no problems checking in or getting elevators (make sure to put in your room key to select floor going up). All staff was friendly and helpful. Riu Plaza Times Square is situated in a ideal spot for everything you want to do while in New York, 2 min walk to actual times square where something is going off all the time, its lit up beautifully at night which adds to to sparkle. We was on the 20th floor with a view of the side streets with theatres on every street, there was building works going off across the road but we didnt hear any noise from it, the main...

Very located hotel just off Times Square and 'restaurant row'. Rooms are very comfortable with a good shower in the bathroom. At night the room as it looked out on 8t avenue was noisy from the constant sirens and car horns. Breakfast was a bit of a zoo but the staff were excellent in getting queues down.
