Lovely hotel, great staff and fantastic location

This was our first time in New York, and the purpose of our visit was to get married in Central Park! The Hotel staff really went the extra mile to make our visit and our wedding day special; they even sent a gift to our room which was a lovely gesture.
Eric the concierge was so helpful and attentive, and desk clerks Jackson and Courtney were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in hotel for 10days . The staff couldnt have been nicer . The room was a very good size and clean as could be . Will be staying there again probably for week of Thanksgiving . Great location . Will be recommending to friends and family !!!...

The Royalton Park Avenue hotels has been a phenomenal stay for my first time in New York. This was the most magical experience. The front desk team was amazing and Michelle and particular went above and beyond providing amazing customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel as a stay in your trip in New York to any and all!...

The hotel is amazing, very aesthetic, and in such a perfect area surrounded by the best landmarks to see as a visitor. Paul at the front desk was extremely helpful and made sure we had a wonderful stay. Will definitely book again anytime we come back to New York....

Great place to stay! We will stay there again. The view and the room are so good. We also liked the service. They were so friendly and problem solver. They suggested also many things to do in the city. The food was also amazing. I can definitely suggest that place....
