Great hotel. amazing staff

1st class hotel and staff. Especially Courtney R. Made us feel so welcomed and helped us with any questions we had.
Would recommend this hotel to any guests looking fit 5 star hotel and service.
Was able to check in early and check out late with the Amex perks as well...

They might scam you with charges. Be aware.

I've been charged with items that I have not used. There is no one available to address the issue over the phone. This must be a scam. I urge everyone to thoroughly review the charges they make after checkout. The stay and room are good but I did not like the charges post my visit....

I had an excellent stay at the Royalton Park Avenue a few weeks ago. The room was spacious and well equipped and the location was great. The staff in general was very friendly but I want to give a special shoutout to Nina at the reception. She was extremely nice, handled everything I needed, and communicated in a professional yet very warm manner. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back because of Nina!...

Great hotel, wonderful staff, fantastic location. Everything was really good - they looked after us well. We liked the rooftop bar and our concierge was knowledgable and very friendly. He provided us with a recommendation for a local restaurant and had an unexpected private dining experience! Thank you so much.!...

The staff was wonderful even when things were very busy. Always accommodating. Cudos go the front desk as the agent who checked me in was exceptional ! The location was perfect between downtown and midtown. The room size was great as you could unpack all your luggage....
