Great location close to Empire State Building and Madison Square Gardens. Hotel is a little dated and furniture is tired looking compared to the photos shown. Reception team very welcoming however we found the bar staff very rude and disrespectful. Watch out for the extra $48 daily charge they add to your bill alongside the city taxes extra to use the facilities - this being showel gel and towels in your room! Id l...

Our stay at Royalton Park Avenue was truly fantastic. It honestly feels like a bit of a hidden gem. The location is so convenient for getting around the city (especially for walking, shopping, and quick Ubers), and every team member we interacted with was warm, professional, and helpful.

Lovey hotel, 2nd time here. Just what we needed as two females travelling to New York. Comfortable beds. Clean room. Easy onto the subway and all midtown spots. Issue with the yellow cab the hotel called for us didnt run the meter back to JFK airport and tried to charge us $50 more. I had a very good stay at the Royalton Park. The room wasnt ready when I arrived, but they sent me a text when it was and it was before the 4 oclock time. During my stay they texted me to see if everything was ok or if I needed anything. The room was very clean and convenient to subways as well as in a nice area. Havent used the amenities on the top floor yet, but went up there to use the restroom and it looked re...

I had a terrible stay at this hotel. First of all I will say the staff is very nice and welcoming. However, the hotel is very overpriced for the standards they depict on website. The rooms are very old and run down. Does not show a 4 or 5 star experience. I also got billed for parking twice at checkout. I was charged 700$ for 3 days of parking. I never was able to get a refund and had to dispute with my card instead....
