The room was spacious, the service was amazing and the staff were very helpful and professional.
The stay was very comfortable and location was perfect.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I would stay again here.

My 10-year-old daughter, wife and I visited to NYC to see a show on Broadway and I wanted a (unicorn) hotel that had a pool open in January, in Manhattan, with great ratings and wasnt a million dollars. Not a 5 star hotel, despite Amex rating

Doesnt feel like a 5 star hotelslightly run down appearance. Hotel wasnt able to provide Amex upgrade despite several attempts to contact them prior to arrival. Location is convenient and walkable to many locations including train station, broadway, parks....

BEWARE! WORST hotel experience ever!

I had the worst hotel experience of my life at the Royalton Park Avenue.
I prepaid for my stay in full before checking in. Upon arrival, the front desk informed me they would place a hold for incidentals but never disclosed the amount. That night, a $150 incidental charge posted which I expected but over the next two days, the hotel attempted to charge my card seven additional times for $150 each, plus an unexpla...
