The Sanctuary Hotel has a great, friendly staff. The queen room is cozy with an open bathroom layout. Conveniently located half a block from Times Square if you are in town for a broadway show! Even though youre in the middle of the action, the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable....

You could not get a better location, about a 20 second walk to Time Square. The rooms are not big, but are adequate, quite good storage. Comfortable clean beds and lovely bathroom, we quite enjoyed our view onto the street. We just used the breakfast for a grab & go coffee & pastry as the breakfast choice in NYC is vast! Arrived at hotel to be charges 300 dollars which apparently is a hold and the service charges will be deducted 30 per night. Staff do not inform you this until you get to hotel, even though I contacted them previously.
Room was small and no view and was situated by lift so could hear noise. Breakfast was nothing special and even though I paid for 5 days breakfast, ended up eating out for 3 mornings.

We were here the end of November for 1 night before our cruise. Staff were so lovely and extremely helpful I really enjoyed the breakfast room with a lot of choice. The Christmas music was lovely to listen to. The room was small with no window but very clean and we were not there to stay in the room. If and when we come back to NY I would not hesitate to stay here....

The staff was exceptional and went above and more from the moment we stepped out the car at arrival. DELVIS WAS TOP TIER!!! Friendly smile and a caring heart making our 1 night staff one of the most memorable experiences for my spouse and I.
