Great location just off Times Square. Room was simple - deluxe king, had everything we needed for sleeping and showering before exploring the city. Breakfast included, however was the same each day - we wasnt too bothered but some variety would have been nice!...

This place is truly a hidden gem, it's beautiful cozy, and clean. The Haven rooftop dining is top-notch. Everything about my stay was excellent....

We booked this hotel for a large group trip to celebrate a friends birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what the name Sanctuary suggests.
The stress started at check-in. The rooms were not ready at 3:00 PM, and after waiting, the front desk offered bar credit for the inconvenience.
When we tried to use that credit later, it suddenly became a problem. It was met with resistance and a very unfri...

I have stay here before and will say its a great vibe. The roof top bar was wondrful and George at the roof top was so nice. The door man was so personable and helpful. He went out of his way to help us....

Exceeded expectations

We came to NYC for my daughters 9th birthday. Leni, Asmaa, and Derreck made her experience unforgettable by leaving a slice of chocolate cake in the room when we got back. She was over the moon and so were we. The location was convenient, the room was clean, and we had a great nights sleep. We would definitely stay here again....
