We have just returned from this wonderful hotel. It is a very intimate hotel and the location is perfect for those who want to be close to everything. The hotel has a very welcoming feel and the staff are first class, as nothing is too much trouble. I would like to give special mentions to Leni, Jose and Casey, they were all exceptional with their service and very knowledgeable. The room was perfect for what we neede...

This hotel is prepared to professionally address guest problems. Many thanks to Terron and Andrea for arranging for our room change quickly and efficiently. Thanks also to Stephanie, our Haven breakfast hostess, and the amazing breakfast crew. My wife and I have enjoyed every stay at the Sanctuary going back at least a decade and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else....

Great location for Broadway theatre and dining (especially the onsite sushi restaurant), beautiful large suite with nice amenities, room rate was a good value, door/bellman staff very .Special shoutout to Jose and Leni behind the Frontdesk for their friendliness and efficiency.!...

Very busy location so be sure to request a quiet room - although expect a view of a very close brick wall.
Most of the staff were lovely and helpful, but there were some exclusions from this.
Clean.comfortable room, small with no proper door to the bathroom - fine for couples, but not ideal for sharing with family.
I would stay here again, particularly for Broadway access....
