Great location while attending a seminar in the city. Great experience. Easy check in/out. Great vibe. Terrific rooftop meal. Very clean. Comfy beds/pillows. Very pleased overall. Will be back...

This hotel is in a great location just off of Times Square.
The staff here are amazing and are only to happy to assist with anything you need. The guys who work on the door assisting with cases, booking taxis etc are amazing, so helpful, friendly and cheerful. Infact everyone who work in the hotel were friendly and cheerful. Jose on the front desk, the manager was lovely and really helpful.

Great location and wonderful staff. The rooms are on the small side and no privacy is bathroom or shower. Team member Jose was great and met our expectations....

Quirky hotel. Perfectly positioned for Times Square. Half a block walk. Staff very nice. All helpful and polite.
This hotel is in the centre of NY so rooms are small and some have limited natural lighting.
If you are claustrophobic this hotel isnt for you. Its corridor light levels are low to enhance the design but it feels like you are underground. If you are going for more than a few days you have to live out of y...

We had a quick 2 day trip to NY before onward travel and we stayed at Sanctuary Hotel. The staff were so accommodating and pleasant. The doorman Derek was the most charming and lovely person Ive ever met!
Location wise - super close to Times Square; not far from Rockerfeller centre/St Patricks cathedral etc. excellent.
