Great location. Expect noise. Service is excellent. Mohammed at the front desk is a GEM! So friendly and sweet. The beds are so comfortable. Wish the heater would run consistently. Rooms are very clean....

Really enjoyed our stay but During my stay, my partner and ***I had an upsetting experience that I feel future guests should be aware of****** When we arrived, we were greeted by what we believed were hotel staff. They were extremely friendly and complimentary, which initially made us trust them. Honestly dont stay here.
Sorry but the best thing they can do sorry they need to do is knock it down and update it.
Its old out of date and looks like the house on the hill.
We stayed for 4 nights and every night the pipes made a nasty loud noise when people turned on the water.
One guest told us the lifts kept them up
We got an upgrade on our home and I wouldnt like to have seen the first room as the upgrade ...

My room was broken into and belongings were stolen

My room was broken into and $300 worth of belongings as well as my personal house keys and my 2nd room key were stolen. They claim despite being a highly regarded hotel that they have no cameras in hallways. Only people with access to rooms without room keys are staff like housekeeping, so i would bet anything they stole my belongings. Do not go to this hotel....

We stayed here for a week 21st nov 28th Nov. I had my 10year old son with me and the staff made our trip, everyday I needed help with directs, what tram to take and to get home, every morning I was meet with a smile ready to show me what way.. so friendly and helpful, so clean beds stripped and changed every morning towels changed and room cleaned thoroughly.. my son had vomiting bug one day got sick in the elevator ...
