Terrible experience! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! I booked this hotel via Priceline and confirmed my reservation for my room the morning of the reservation. I was told my prepaid reservation was confirmed. I called later in the day to inform the front desk that I would be arriving late for check-in past their usual check in time. Booked a family room (2A + 3Kids)
Adviced on check in we were upgraded Enter room. No upgrade.
Worse, NO air conditioning in the midst of a heatwave! Hubby went down too complain, adviced no other rooms available and no refunds allowed either. Room was pre paid.
Inspected rest of accommodation and bathrooms (you get 2 in a family room) are covered in mould.
We tried to forfeit our stay but couldnt find accomm...

This hotel is an absolute mess. If you arrive early they'll hold your stuff, in an open room that the public can access, and the room is an absolute mess with stuff piled everywhere. I booked a specific room and was tossed into two different rooms with one less bed than the one I booked. When I checked in at 3, people were in the lobby yelling because their room still wasn't ready. The room was incredibly hot, didn't...
