The pictures advertising this hotel, on the internet, are NOT accurate. It is a total dump of a hotel. We arrived around 10:00 am. We were told our room was not ready. However, if we paid $17 per hour until 3:00 pm, we could get into our room earlier. I asked: I thought you just said our room was not ready. We were told that we could store our luggage in a room. Great Weekend Stay in the Big Apple

Had a lovely weekend stay with my granddaughter...her first train ride, first Broadway play and just an overall great time making memories with her.
Hotel was in a great location near the train station, Times Square, no issues getting to and from hotel. We got our walking on, over 20,000 steps each night going various places.
Will definitely return for another stay....

I travel to NYC the the Westminster Dog Show every year. The event takes place at the Javits Center and this was one of the host hotels. Part of why I chose it was that we were traveling in a group and I was able to book a larger room to accommodate us more comfortably.

Due to severe winter weather and a declared state of emergency in NYC, we were forced to cancel the final night of our reservation in order to travel safely before airport shutdowns (1/25/26).
