Not sure about some of the other reviews but we had a good experience. Checked in Sat 12/13. Rooms wasnt ready but we got there early. Place to store your luggage was a bit sketchy. There was just hundreds of bags all piled in and you disnt get a tag or anything. Luckily there was no issue when we got back. Good location for Times Square but most of the stuff we were doing was more uptown. However you walk to the c...

Location is good. Rooms where very small and cold. Heating didn't work. Also a constant noise all night feom the lift that you can hear in your room. Neighbours in the other hotel rooms also kept slamming doors shut,which you can also hear tru paper thin walls. Wouldn't return here. The kids where freezing...

This hotel is Sh***y Dont try calling because they wont answer when you have a question. The bar staff was rude and most others as well. I encounters two people who had common sense here and that was one who was checking us in and one gentleman we met on the elevator who was nice. Everyone else was rude. We just got back from a 3-night stay at this hotel. The location is good and central, but we had no heat for our stay. After the first night, we requested blankets for the 5 of us and were sent 1 blanket. The second day we requested them again and nothing. The only thing good about this hotel is that the location was decent. I was not given what I was told upon booking. Their queen size beds are in fact only full-size beds. I had a deluxe room and I was supposed to have a little fold out in the corner instead we had a stool. Our window had a huge crack in it with a cardboard box taped over it.
