The only thing good about this hotel is that the location was decent. I was not given what I was told upon booking. Their queen size beds are in fact only full-size beds. I had a deluxe room and I was supposed to have a little fold out in the corner instead we had a stool. Our window had a huge crack in it with a cardboard box taped over it. So the entire room was drafty. The bedding was disgusting stained, and had r...

Worst hotel ever.

This must be one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed in, only one elevator working during my stay and the staff seemed indifferent to all issues that were raised also the shower only dripped water so my family couldnt wash themselves, couldnt wait to get out of there, please dont ever book a room with this hotel, if you do you have been warned!!!...

BED BUGS AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY - STAY FAR AWAY

I stayed at Tryp Times Square this week for a work trip, and on the very first night found live bed bugs crawling in my bed. I took clear photos and videos, immediately went to the front desk around 11:30 PM, and was told there was no management in the building at that hour, so no one could authorize a refund or cancellation. I thought this was a four star hotel and it certainly doesnt deserve that rating. I would say it is barely a three star. It is clean, but rooms are dark and dreary. Lobby is small. Views are awful. We wont be staying here again....

Arrived at the is hotel somewhat apprehensive having read the reviews before hand.
We had no reason to have worried - we are a family of 5 (Boys age 19,17 & 13) we stayed in a family room which was clean and big enough to accommodate us all comfortably.
It had the bonus of a fridge and tea & coffee making facilities which were replenished daily along with bottled water and clean towels.
