I booked a double queen room for Jan 3 on hotels.com last week. I chose the pay in full at hotel option. When I gave my card info it specifically says my card will not be charged. Yesterday the hotel tried to charge my card the first night stay. Absolute garbage hotel. Compete scam, DO NOT STAY HERE. Rooms are disgusting and frankly a fire hazard, smoke alarms are from the 1800s and electrical is externally outdated as well. Youll be charged an extra $100USD/night to upgrade to a room that is tolerable but has broken cabinets, a safe that doesnt work, dirty floors, unknown substances on the shower walls. Oh and the best part you ask? Youll have the toil...

Great location but I am glad I only stopped 3 nights . The rooms were very dated, mold around the bath , pealing wallpaper and holes in the walls and door, also the plug socket was broken and hanging off the walls , the corridor was awful carpet all warn and wallpaper all hanging off stopped on 10th floor , breakfast only had this once as its grab and go wasn't really what we paid for . Know what you're getting into when booking at this hotel. TLDR: though the charges would be considered 'legit', they are done in a deceptive way unlike other hotels. The total all-in price was similar to much nicer hotels - just stay at those.

Good location. However on arrival, the front desk staff were not very welcoming. We stayed on the 16th floor. The corridor walls were dirty, carpet was threadbare. Dirty walls in room. Poor lighting. The bath was disgusting. Very noisy. ...
