So many things wrong.

Everything about this hotel was awful. Check in process took 30 minutes (computers down), room smelled, party on floor that ended at 3am and union protests with a blow up rat out front were just some of the issues. The in room WiFi was so slow I had to use my phone as a hot spot for my computer. The check out line in the morning was 50 deep. For one night my bill was $450. Stay away....

The worst IHG property

I am and IHG member for more than 20 years now and the decision to stay at Times Square Manhattan was the worst taken. In fact the worst IHG property I have ever come across.
It's a hostel and not a hotel.
One 1 staff to check in. Waited 20 minutes.
Entire hotel in a delapitated CONDITION. Handles coming off, lights broken, paint coming off, desks and chairs in worn out condition. The blinds do not block the ligh...

The worst accommodation experience I've had in my stays in NYC. Upon arrival we had no air conditioning, then the room had wet and torn carpets. The faucets didn't work and were broken. Every day we had to ask for towels and soap because they weren't replenished. At no time did they offer any kind of compensation for the inconvenience. It's not worth it even for its location....

Firstly when we arrived the room we were allocated was not what advertised on the website! The door in the room was broken and duc taped at the top, was not secured, couldnt be closed correctly, we had to be asked to be moved for safety! The room that we got moved to was not any better but at least we could lock the door!

Faded grandeur

This hotel is in an excellent location for the theatre district. It was very clean and comfortable but some what faded and is currently being renovated floor by floor. We enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again if we come back to New York....
