Stayed here recently based on the many 1 contribution only positive reviews which must be questionable. Like the You Tube blogger Walk with me I found the place has gone down hill. Shame because it has the potential to be its former glory....

As always tea at the plaza is a special annual tradition for us and the service is spectacular. It cant be beat and lives up to the hype. It is gorgeous at Christmas time particularly....

We had the time of our lives at the High Tea on Dec 12! Our team of Shalim and Muhibul made the experience a HIGHLIGHT of our time in NYC. Their kindness and OVER THE TOP service will be fondly remembered for a lifetime. Our chef, who deftly and thoughtfully accommodated a patron with a nut allergy and another with a gluten sensitivity, was also outstanding. Palm Court

Mohamad Jabri waited on us at The Palm Court and he was amazing. He explained the menu to us and waited on us hand and foot. Great experience! I am looking forward to returning. Excellent server who was attentive to details to make our experience memorable....

This was our first time visiting the palm court / tea party room at the plaza .. and Mohamad J. was an excellent server.. we really enjoyed our time !! thank you for the excellent service and amazing entrees!! we all were very satisfied and our server did a great job explaining and providing us with amazing service!!...
