Am not normally one for leaving a review but I felt I had to. We are a family of 6 currently staying here and cannot recommend this hotel enough. Yusef at reception is so lovely and welcoming and remembers everyones name. Josh at the bar is great and also the night porter (sorry cant remember his name). They are always smiling and welcoming. Its a 5 minute walk to the subway which takes you straight into manhattan...

Great stay, Youcef at the front desk is the highlight

We stayed here for a trade show at Industry City. Super close walk to that location. Tons of great bodegas for food quick food options. But the highlight of our stay was Youcef behind the desk. He knew us by name and welcomed us back every evening with the brightest smile and genuine interest in how our day went and was sure to point us in the right direction for something to eat. Double Charged Credit Cards

Prior to arrival our delegation had to complete a credit card form. Sending credit card information outside of an official hotel booking site is dodgy. Deposits were taken out.
Within hours some of our banks were alerting us. My Netflix and Amazon subscriptions were being hacked. On arrival Christian at the front desk asked for our cards. Then charged us for accommodation and deposit AGAIN!!! He was very nonchalant a...
