Fantastic experience! Location was close to a variety of restaurants and Brooklyns Chinatown along with easy access to the subway. In addition, Edwin and Jay were both wonderful and made everything easier for our stay. From sharing fun places and activities near the hotel to answering a million questions and requests, they were beyond helpful and true stars....

My son and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Brooklyn. Everything was very clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuinely involved with their guests, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
A very special compliment goes to Youchef. He truly made us feel welcome and showed what real hospitality means. His kindness and attentivenes...

Well located for my purposes which is why I chose it. A bit run down and dirty in common areas. Room was clean and generally ok. Breakfast was sparse. Staff generally nice and helpful. Internet was good....

Incredible views of NYC

We usually stay at Hilton hotels but this lovely hotel was only 3 blocks from our daughter's new home. We stayed for 2 nights and spent all day out. The hotel was clean and had the necessary amenities. Yousef at the front desk was so nice and gave us a room with an incredible view of the city. He always had a great smile and a pleasant demeanor. We will stay here again....
