Everything about our stay was perfect. Easy to communicate with staff at the property before our stay. We arrived 4 hours prior to check-in and were happy to leave our bags whilst shopping and having lunch. However, a room was available, and we were given an upgrade to a suite with a huge terrace and jacuzzi. Delightful and informative receptionist, Carmina, couldn't have been any more helpful. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ars Magna! The hotel is located in a lively, charming street close to the historic center for us, the perfect location. Our room was very nice: we had booked the cheapest option, but it was surprisingly spacious and even had a small balcony at the back. A lovely hotel that is in a perfect location to fully enjoy Palma, with low travel costs and so much to do within walking distance. The rooms were beautiful and pristine.
