Bed bugs nightmare

They simply ruined the last months of my life. Out of 10 friends who were staying there, 6 got bitten by bed bugs!!!! I even brought them home, and it cost me over 2,000 to exterminate them! None of them took the same flights, we all came back covered in bites after the vacation. Shameful, never stay there...

Just got back from a few days away with my two daughters, lovely hotel & amazing staff.
My youngest daughter had an accident in Palma centre, we returned to the hotel & she needed medical assistance. The staff were fantastic, very helpful & kind.
Thank you so much, we will definitely return....

Lovely place.....friendly staff and a good breakfast ....Room 211 ..give the single beds a miss...like sleeping on bricks .
But would stay again without a doubt... Decent location to get about Palma ....,.Thank you for making us welcome...

WARNING DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
BOOKING CANCELLED AND STILL CHARGED DESPITE CANCELLING WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME.
NOT A REPUTABLE HOTEL - VERY DISAPPOINTED IN BAD MANAGEMENT.
LOTS OF OTHER LOVELY HOTELS IN THE AREA WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID THIS ONE!...

Unbelievable such a bad experience..awful management of booking.
So disappointed as I had travelled here before so a repeat customer.
They have charged me despite cancellation of rooms within the set timeframe. Due to family emergency I was unable to continue with my booking.
It is a disgusting way to treat customers do not give your card details as you are not protected at all!
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL!...
