Stayed here to see the total eclipse.
Angela on reception was excellent and was so welcoming when we arrived (quite late in the evening)
Our door code and other info was e-mailed which was very straightforward
Angela helped us with a taxi when we were leaving
The facilities in the room were what I expected and I was able to make breakfast and other food

Lovely 4 night break here in June with the bestie. Amazing decoration throughout and fab roof terrace area, with bar with lots of choice of drinks (gin was amazing) the pool very welcome too when the weather is hot. Great spacious room with everything we needed, really friendly staff (especially the girl on the bar). Close to city centre attractions, all walkable and a cheap taxi ride from the station if necessary. ...

Perfect spot for a 4 night break whilst attending a wedding. Very clean, great location and lovely pool area. The reception was often manned by Ruth who was just delightful and helped us at every opportunity. Will definitely return ️...

Filthy, unsafe, and they kept our money

Had to leave the same night the place was that bad. Dirty room, wires hanging out of the walls, missing ventilation cover, a horrible smell, and ants and bugs everywhere. Completely run down and in no state to host paying guests.
Despite leaving within hours of checking in, we were charged for the entire stay and still haven't received a refund. Total disgrace. Do not book here under any circumstances....

We stayed for 3 nights and the apartments are perfectly located to explore Palma.
Fantastic restaurants, bars and beaches all within walking distance or a short bus journey away. The apartment block and our room were spotless. Complementary pastries in the morning and a filtered water top up in reception which was a great addition to keep water bottles filled up.
The rooftop pool & bar is a bonus too!
