We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday and had a fantastic time.
The hotel is lovely but what really makes it are the staff.

The facilities are absolutely beautiful, and the hotel located conveniently. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. I have traveled all over the world, and the customer service at this hotel is unbeatable. A suite with nowhere to sit!

They advertise 24 unique and incomparable rooms and suites. Our room had a loft bedroom with a spiral staircase that was exceptionally high & scary. We asked to be moved the next day to our booked junior suite room without a spiral staircase. The second junior suite room did not even offer a chair let alone a sitting area. A beautiful place with unparalleled staff! One of those rare moments when I want to give 6 points. Every detail is just right; Can Bordoy is a home, not a hotel!
