We visited the bar area for drinks tonight. Lovely surroundings and it wasnt busy - only a few tables occupied - but the service was atrocious. No one came to serve us so we ordered at the bar. We had to repeat our order to three different staff over the course of 30 minutes and it took over 35 minutes for our two beers to arrive, the staff were completely disorganised....

This is one of the worst restaurant experiences I have had!! As a Palma resident. The service was poor, and we were told there was a problem in the kitchen. We waited one hour between courses . When the food arrived, it looked like it was out of a packet, the pizza was rock hard, and all of it was luke warm

We have visited Majorca many times over the years and have wanted to stay at the Cappuccino hotel since it opened.
It did not disappoint, the hotel is fantastic, the staff are friendly and attentive, the food is excellent and our room had every amenity we could wish for.
This is definitely a place we will return to....

Location beautiful

Location perfecto !
We arrived in a rental and was quickly helped to unload as theres no parking. I was directed to park not more that 100 meters away. All good so far!
The staff were amazing and they assisted with everything and all our needs.
Hotel rooms are newer and super clean.
The lobby and bar was beautiful. Its a photo op. For sure....
